The guy making the pizzas went too out a soda from the cooler drank from it did not wash his hands started back making pizzas. I ordered the feta and spinach pizza$ 16.00 and some change waited the 15 minutes the manger said the cook did something wrong and needed to remake the pizza at that time i ask for a refund bad service and not a clean place to have a pizza made due to bad hygiene hand washing is very important

Our delivery was extremely fast, however we were given a pizza that was not what we ordered. They did bring us another one, but we had to wait an extra 30 minutes :/​also, they brought the wrong dipping sauce that I requested and paid extra for.

Ordered hand tossed pineapple, ham and jalapeño and what arrived was thin crust, very disappointed. Stuffed cheesy bacon jalapeño was awesome. Very fast delivery and very polite driver.

Breakfast bacon, pepperoni, extra cheese medium pizza. $ 8, always delicious, it’s cooked very quickly, have yet to be disappointed. Service is great, no one has been rude for the last 5 years I’ve been going. Only downer is parmesan, and marinara aren’t free.

Awful service, rude employees, poor management. When we went to pick up the food they employees at the front didn’t even acknowledge us until we said something, our food was cold and almost seemed undercooked. Called to speak to a manager once we got home and realized the issues, I believe his name was Carlos and instead of offering to remake the food or give a refund came up with excuses to why it was cold and did not make an attempt to fix the issue until I got fed up snippy.

Wow, had to order a few times from my work since I normally make my food, and they have been awesome! When I mean fast delivery we’re talking 15−20min. Perfect order every time.

Horrible customer service on many ends. I places my order online and the estimate was 20 – 30 minutes. Over an hour later my food still hadn’t shown up and I called the store and the girl told me it was on its way, and I told her that my online tracker had Said it’s been on the way for over 30 minutes. her response: «well, I was told it’s on the way.» Finally my pizza showed up and when I checked it, the pizza was very obviously old. When I told the delivery driver he just said «nah it’s not old» I told him I worked for dominos in the past and know when a pizza is old, he had me sign his receipt (with my own pen because he didn’t have his own) and I immediately called the store and informed them about my concerns and i couldn’t get more than two words in without being cut off and promised another pizza.
I am beyond displeased and disappointed with this «customer service»

The Dominos itself is very good, good quality, friendly staff and quick.
HOWEVER, the area around it is SCARY. It’s basically in North Austin’s ghetto, prepare to see hobos and hookers, among other questionable characters. The first time I went, this hobo harassed me, and a cop happened to show up at just right time. From then on, I had to go in drabby clothing to try and blend in with the surroundings. I get the strategy having the Dominos there, as it’s a densely populated area, but its bad for PR.

First off, I’ve always loved Dominos despite growing up in a family who swore by Pizza Hut (which I also liked).
Lately, the nearest PH location has been hit or miss, with the latter being a more apt descriptor. I decided to order from this Dominos location for a change of pace.
At first I expected a longer wait than the 30 minute quote, based on the aforementioned competitor’s usual practice. I was surprised to have my doorbell ring exactly on estimated time. Our pizza was hot, soda was still fridge cold, and the food’s flavor was excellent, far better than I’d expected, and with more flavor than my last PH pizza.
This location is great and I like the changes Dominos has made to their product.
