Pretty sure the person who served my pizza hates her job and was passive-aggressive to me about it. Transactions don’t come much simpler than this. Just a slice of cheese and a bottle of water. $ 8 because airport. When I asked for the pizza the lady rolled her eyes and served it up. Whatever I’m not here for you either lady. To be honest I can live with that. I roll my eyes at my job too. But how hard is it to put a slice of pizza in a triangle box? When I opened it the slice was folded with the hot cheese side under the crust.(See pictures) The pizza tasted ok tho.

There’s nothing Chicago Style about this. It’s just a regular slice of bland tasteless pizza at airport prices. Mehhhh…

The Carnivore is the best airport food ever if you have time to wait 20 minutes for it to cook. Fresh is best. Also by far the most amazing deal for $ 7 in any airport I have been to around the world.

Solid airport pizza with really good service. I got a slice and a wrap for the ride. I got back to the gate and noticed the wrap was not looking great. The chicken used was either poor quality or it was just plain sketchy. I went back and they gave me my money back no problem. The guy at the register even said he was«feelin me, he didn’t like the chicken they put in that shit too» lol.

I purchased a slice of pizza, when I pulled it out of the box I realized it was cold, so I took it back. The person that was at the cash register seemed to be ignoring me, so I asked another boy that was standing there along a pizza out of the oven if he could replace the slice with one that was just coming out of the oven as the one I had was cold, he said he could not do anything as the other boy was in charge as he was looking over at him. The boy that was working the register I guess was in charge. When he finally made Eye contact with the boy that was there with the pizza in his hand he told him to put it back through the oven.(WTF it’s just a slice of pizza). Anyway I’m not sure he understood what or how to put it back in the oven, and I needed to get to my flight on time. About a minute went by and the boy at the register walked into the back, at that point I asked the boy that I had initially asked, would it not be easier just to hand me another slice as I am in a hurry, he said he would but he didn’t want to get in trouble, so my guess is the boy that is at the register throws his power around and the other kids afraid of getting fired. I finally ended up walking away without my slice of pizza and them having my $ 5.41 for the slice. Probably one of the most ridiculous acts of customer service in my 57 years. If you ever find yourself in Austin Texas at the airport, I would suggest you don’t look for a slice of pizza. And if the owner reads this Unilocal,I would suggest you teach your employees customer service because they’re not very good at it.

Great customer service and excellent food. They stayed open 24 hours to help feed everyone on delayed and cancelled flights. The only place that stayed open when all the airlines ran out of food and beverages. They offer a variety of pizza, snacks and beverages.
