Pictures will speak for themselves. Was told they could rush alterations. You’ll see the end result on a pricey suit. Couldn’t do my refund because phones were down but she called her husband from the phone. Stay away. As a SB owner myself, very poor quality and service was given.

Do not waste your time or money. I took in 2 pairs of pants to be altered and the owner told me it would be $ 12 a piece to alter and the dry cleaning would be included in that price. When I went to pick up my clothes there were multiple extra charges, including charging $ 15 a piece for the alterations instead of $ 12 and another $ 9 for the dry cleaning that was said to be included in the initial pricing. The lady who checked me out said the owner wasn’t there at the time & I would have to come back the next day to speak with him. So I left my clothes there and returned the next day. Another lady said the owner wasn’t there again and I would have to come back at lunch. I expressed to her my concern and frustration, especially around the extra charges that no one called about to ask my permission to add additional costs. The lady said they didn’t have long distance calling so if my phone # was long distance then they couldn’t get a hold of me even if they did call. I told her that wasn’t my problem– it’s their problem. She called the owner while I was there and explained the situation and he said the price wasn’t going to change. I didn’t have time to keep coming back so I paid a total of almost $ 50 … customer service was terrible and they will charge extra without your permission and will not budge. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Reasonably priced and reasonably fast, which is the least I’d expect from a dry cleaner. They press suits reasonably well and did a very good job patching a couple of different pairs of jeans.
But I think they must be cleaning shirts with a hammer. Of the last half-​dozen shirts I took there, they broke, chipped, or completely lost at least one button on five. Five different shirts! When I took one shirt, missing two buttons, back to get fixed, they only replaced one of them.
I’ve also had a couple of shirts come back with spots. Since they didn’t flag the stains, it’s hard to tell if they weren’t able to get them out or just didn’t try.

I smell like an old man, thanks to this awful «cleaning service.» My clothes did not smell when I dropped them off, and now they stink. I will never use this place again and I am warning everyone around me not to use them either.

So far I am very disappointed with Master Valet.
First off, the woman at the counter was extremely rude.
I go in this morning and tell her I would like my clothes dry cleaned, pressed, and lightly starched. she says they do not dry clean and starch the same garment. I am pretty sure this is what I always get done everywhere else, but hey maybe I am wrong. So I tell them ok then, Dry Clean my stuff.
I get home abut 5 minutes later and change my mind and decide I would rather have my items laundered and starched instead of dry cleaned. I tried to call them up, but the first number I dial is actually the owners number who was not at the business at the time. He gives me the number to the business. I tell the woman who answered the phone (who was alaso the same woman that originally took my items) what I want. Seh says she can’t o it unless I drive all the way back over there and change my ticket. That is ridiculous. They better do a damn good job on the dry cleaing.
Furthermore, it was $ 4.05 per item. $ 4?!! I have never paid that much per item. The only reason I used Master Valet is because it was extremely close by and because if you get your stuff there before 9 AM, they guarantee same day service. Since I needed these items for an interview tomorrow, I tried out these guys. I can tell you right now though, no matter how good the dry cleaning is at this point, I will be using someone different next time

I visited Master Valet because the location was on my way to work and because the prices seemed reasonable. The service was okay, nothing special, but that is okay, I do not expect much from a dry cleaning service.
The reason for one star is because they melted off buttons on five of my husband’s dress shirts. I’ve never had this happen before at any dry cleaning service. How annoying!
Anywho, maybe this place is okay for clothes without buttons, but I’d be cautious otherwise.

This place is close-​ish to our house. I like it better than the drive thru cleaners that is a little closer. Maybe because it is smaller and they recognize me by face and even associate the BF with my things. They are very friendly without being invasive or annoying. They have also mended a few things for me, which I was happy with as I am shit at sewing.

Went once, never returned. Truly half-​assed work.

I would not even give it one star!!! They put spots on my clothes and have ruined many suits I own. They will melt your buttons or just remove them. Do not leave anything in your pockets because they will take it. I would light my clothes on fire before taking them back here. The people that work there are rude and will clame you for the ruined clothes you return. The word Master should be removed from the title of this business because clearly the only thing they have mastered is ruining my clothes.

Fast, reasonably priced, well executed dry cleaning with pleasant service. That’s all I wanted, that’s what I got.

Good, no great! dry cleaning service. If you drop your stuff off when they open, they can do same day service. I’m not sure if there’s an extra charge for a rush. There might not be because they do all the dry cleaning on site in the back. Also, pretty reasonably priced.
I’ve taken my clothes to some dry cleaners and get them back feeling like they didn’t actually get them cleaner. But my clothes are definitely clean. I’ll definitely be going back for all my dry cleaning needs.
Also, helps my house is basically next door.
