WORSTSERVICE&FOOD… food looked and the small amount ate tasted 3 days old, buns hard and crusty– fries soggy. The could not get order right, gave me ½ my order then asked that else I ordered. Be warned, they have all this equipment and have no way to track what you order– this per the Manager on duty today, its all a guess.

Hungry, tired, and desperate, I stopped here on my way home. There was a grand total of two cars in front of me. Yet, somehow, I found myself sitting and waiting almost 10 minutes without any sign of moving. You know when you’ve been waiting a certain amount of time, and you think«Should I leave, or should I just keep waiting since I’ve already waited this long?» Being a fool, and WAY too tired to deal with going somewhere else, I waited. I waited for nearly half an hour. The first car in line drove away, and the man in the second one said«Hello?» «Excuse me?» about twenty times only to be told to give them«a second»(ha). Finally, I hear some sort of explanation being mumbled over the speaker box. and the car in front of me drives away. Unamused, I drive up to the box. No apology for the wait. I was just told their system was down and they didn’t know when it would be back up. Next time, you’d think these geniuses could just send an employee out to inform the people in line about this so that they’re not stuck waiting for a half hour in a DRIVE-THRU.

Very slow they left a new employee to work cashier, who made mistakes on several orders. One order stopped all services. Went from 4 in line to over 10. When I finally got to place my order she took a large number one meal and only put it down as a sandwich only. No one is helping her when she really needs it, a manager help her with one order then left. No customer got a sorry for the wait, even when the order finally came out. The wait time was close to a hour for the order. When they messed up on a customers order they tried to charge them for the items they left out. I wouldn’t want to pay for the rest when it will take another 30 minutes to get the order out. I never got a receipt with the order. Which might be a good thing for them I would have wrote a bad review for that too.

This place sucks so hard. I drive for Favor and rarely have I been here between midnight-3 am when they weren’t out of something. Ketchup, for god’s sakes(!!!) Milkshakes. Tonight, no soft drinks(!!!). After 2 am or so, it’s breakfast only, unlike any other McDonald’s in town. How they stay in business, I’ll never know. Enough people with poor taste who don’t care I guess.

Waited 10min. and they didn’t even take my order. And this happens quite often. Expect at least 10min to order, then another 10min to actually get the food.

I went this morning and. that is a terrible way to start my morning. I had to deal with an incredibly slow line. With literally only 3 vehicles in line. Like what’s the hold up people? Then I found out what the hold up was. the lady who was taking the orders had an incredibly heavy accent. I was genuinely suprised when she got my order right since I had to repeat myself a bunch of Times. And couldn’t understand anything she was saying back to me. Very frustrating experience.

Been here a few times with a friend. The pancakes here are delicious but filled to the brim with sodium, my heart’s usually racing after eating them. Still it’s worth it to me to eat them, like them a lot. Burgers here are so-so… I mainly just go for the pancakes. One time I went through the drive through and saw someone listening to music on his headphones while working… I wasn’t too sure what to think about that lol he seemed new.

Went to the drive-through around 3:45pm yesterday. My order was all messed up, so I called after I got home and realized it, and spoke to a manager whose name I believe was Lupita(I remember it began with an L). She was very apologetic and polite, and she offered to have the order remade. I told her I wouldn’t be able to make it back until the next day, she told me that was fine and she would write down the details of the call for the manager the next day and leave it in the office. Today I called around 11am and spoke with a manager, he informed me he would not remake any part of my order. I asked him if I should call corporate and speak to them, he told me I was welcome to do so and hung up on me. I called him back and asked him to spell his name, and he hung up on me again. When I tried to call back, he had disconnected the phone and all I got was a fax machine signal. This is the manager of the McDonalds? Wow. I called corporate and reported him, he said his name so quickly and refused to spell it so I’m not sure I got it right, but it sounded like«Allo». This guy is a real piece of work. Edit: Called back and asked for the regional manager’s contact information, the same guy answered the phone and said he was the general manager, flat out refused to give me his bosses’ contact information, and hung up on me again.

Everything was fine. Drive-thru was fast, food was not old or cold and the employees were friendly enough. No complaints really.

I loathe this McDonald’s. First of all they get about 1 in 10 orders correct, but the worst is when you point out the problem and they huff at you, like you have some nerve to want them to give you what you paid for. Do they say«I’m sorry» or throw in a free value fry? Nope. Never. They have free wifi and a tv, which seems to send the message, «Come on in! Make yourself comfortable, stay awhile! Let your food digest, work on your laptop, maybe come get coffee in a little while to keep you going,» but then they go and post this«No Loitering» sign that restricts your visit to 30 minutes.(See pic) Not very customer friendly if you ask me.

Only really eaten breakfast here a few times. The foods been fine, employees very hard to understand. You can tell they don’t give a ish about their job. A few are better than the others. Other than that okay.

It is what it is, much better if you go through drive thru than inside although in reality no one really knows what their doing. They should really train the employees much better But hey then again it is a quick grab and go. You usually just dine in if you have nothing else to do or for the WiFi. The food is fine, although I do like their frappacino. Breakfast is fine nothing special but hey again it is what it is.

So I just left there and really dude? You would serve something so over cooked you couldn’t eat it if you wanted to. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog ugh!!! My gut said«burger king» but my taste buds really wanted sweet tea which they didn’t even had. Overall big as mistake.

I agree that none of the employees speak English and it contributes to orders always being wrong. I mean, I know it’s McDonalds, but come on. There is free WiFi, but it only works about half the time and there is only one power outlet — it is behind one of the booths, so you need to squeeze your arm in there to get it in. I was concerned when I saw the Asbestos tape recently. Asbestos is not the best-os.
