Where is zero star rating? Extremely rude customer service, they don’t have knowledge of their own products, wrong order preparation more than 3 times now. Stopped to get a mocha this morning asked how much for extra expresso shot, was told a dollar which is more than a Starbucks Coffee of same size) and when I asked why it’s also the dbl than all other stores I have visit manager taking my order said«I have no idea, you wanted or not if so is this much» with a extreme rude tone, it’s not the first I get treated this way at this store. Take your business elsewhere avoid the unpleasant experience, waste of time and wrong product delivery.

Spent thirty minutes in the drivethru to have a confused girl come to the window to ask if we ordered and then told us only two workers were there for the whole restaurant. Needless to say we left without food.

I don’t understand the point of having two order stations if there is only one person taking an order. Its the same exact model as before and just as slow. When I asked the manager at Drive through about this she kept saying OK ok ok as if she didn’t speak English. Again what is the point of having a restaurant in America with someone who doesn’t speak English?

I’m not one to post much but I live close to this location. Rarely do I go eat fast food but I’ve been to this location roughly 7 times. They’ve messed up my order three times. Don’t ask my why I keep going back but they’ve given me the wrong coffee in the mornings. I order my coffee straight black. I’ve driven to classes a couple of times downtown to find out that my coffee is loaded with creamer and sugar. I’m diabetic which is why I drink black coffee but it seems as if this location likes to mess with me or people. Don’t go here!

Waited 45 min I the drive thru to find out they only accept cash bc their system is down. Fucking bullshit! If u only accept cash at peast say so when people are ordering. I will never go back.

It was another Sunday, and I was feeling like eating a fast food burger. I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I was feeling like I wanted junk food. Luckily(or unluckily for me), there was a McDonald’s within quick driving distance to me. I was super hungry, so I felt like dining in. I walked into McDonald’s and got up to the empty counter. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see an old lady walking in. I started to place my order by saying, «I’ll have a number –« Just then, the old lady interrupted me. «Do you guys have any oatmeal cookies?» The cashier immediately catered to the old lady. «Yes, they are 25 cents each.»(I forgot the exact amount, but I think that’s how much they were) All I could do was just watch as the old lady who interrupted me ordered her oatmeal cookies. The cashier completely ignored me. The old lady had to count out the exact change and everything. When the cashier handed her her receipt, she accidentally dropped it. The cashier picked it up for her. The whole transaction with the old lady lasted about 5 minutes, and I was getting angrier by the minute. Finally, I was able to order, but I was so pissed off. I grabbed the food at drove home quickly to enjoy it instead of dining in. I filled out an online survey about McDonald’s and asked to be contacted, but I never heard back from them.

Unilocal reviews are definitely truncated or deleted, as this place is the absolute lot of hell, You are better off ordering a piece of McShit or McPtomaine or McFuckoff from this horrible excuse of a «restaurant»…an embarrassment to fast food worldwide, hands down.

Worst McDonalds experience in my 32 years. The person taking the order spoke zero English. It took 5 minutes to order a simple bacon egg and cheese biscuit. When I asked for grape jelly she looked at me like i was stupid. Please put someone who can communicate on the drive through.

For a business like McDonald’s it is critical that the customer-facing personnel speak English. It is even more critical for management. On more than one occasion this particular location’s staff have been unable to communicate even in the plainest English, and the manager’s ability to communicate in English was frankly nonexistant. While I can understand the pressures of the low-wage labor market that they pull from, they really need to get it together in that regard. Trying to get a latte without the freaking whipped-cream may be more than it’s worth.

McDonalds that’s really in Wells Branch — not Pflugerville… there are two Redboxes here and a super convenient Chevron gas station. I go here because it’s close… and it’s on my way home often. The drive-through goes fairly quickly without incident(most of the time).

Counter people are sometimes friendly, sometimes not. I can live with that. What I can’t live with are NONAPKINS. You have to beg for napkins over the counter. If they’re busy… good luck getting any. I wrote to McDonald Corporate, the Manger called me and just defended his position of no napkins… saying, people waste them. Geez… I’m going to Whataburger every morning now… they don’t mind placing a napkin dispenser in the restaruant.

OK, I rarely go to chains. But this is the closest McDonald’s to me, so I have gone there six times in five years. Not once, and I mean, not one single time have they gotten my order correct. I don’t stutter, in fact I speak quite well I believe, so I am not sure what the problem is. The last time I went there, here is how it went down: It was Saturday morning, I had just started a new job and we had a meeting in with the big boss man in the morning. My job was 15 minutes away, no problem for me, I left home early and had 30 minutes to get to my job. I go the the McDonalds, get in the drive through and order a McGriddle and coffee. 20 minutes later I finally get my food and now I am late! I drive like a madman to work and barely make my meeting. But hey, let me give them credit for the inside. It is actually quite nice for a McDonald’s. It kind of has a jazz theme going, which is different and cool, so they get two stars for that.
