My car has been down for a little under a year, and I’ve been moving a lot. That means, a lot of tows have happened. I’ve moved once more, and the wrecker I’ve been using was too busy to move my car today. So I called Milligans.
They literally just towed my car for me, like it’s been down for 10 minutes maybe. This was the single best towing experience I’ve ever had, guy towing was super polite. It only took 30 minutes from calling to having the transaction done, and the price! 65 $?! That’s all for a tow from this guy! I’ve been paying the other guys 100 – 130 $ for shorter tows, with worse customer experience. I’ll be calling Milligans from now on.

Doug was great! Our car broke down, again, and I had used all my aaa towing. I called Doug and he said he was headed our direction anyway for another job and could be there in 10 minutes. He was super fast! I think it was almost exactly a half hour from when I first called to when the car was dropped off. My husband rode in the tow truck and chatted with Doug. He was in a much better mode afterward because Doug was so friendly. It cost about $ 70 for the tow. Very reasonable.

Doug was a sweetheart! He rescued me in the middle of the night on a Sunday for a fair price. The service was great. Will recommend to any friends that may find themselves in a jam.

Milligan is the tow company i’ve used for years… i couldnt get a hold of Doug the owner this week so had to use Lone Star Towing… never use Lone Star, read my review i just posted about that horrible company. Milligan towing is honest, reasonable price and dont steal things from your car… which lone star did!

Towing companies are notorious for overcharging and not being too concerned about you or your car’s well-​being in my opinion. Milligan’s is not like this at all. Graham from Milligan’s helped me out of a jam. He was all the way in Round Rock and came to South Austin to tow me out of a muddy parking lot. He knew details about my car and how to pull it out without damaging anything. He even called me after he had towed me out and had driven away to make a couple suggestions to prevent damage to my car that certainly would have occurred.
Fair pricing, Great Service, Knowledgeable and Friendly.
