We ordered my fiancé’s suit nearly 3 weeks before our wedding, being assured it would be here in time. We went in the Saturday before to check on it and assured again it would be in on Tuesday. We called on Tuesday and was told that it was on backorder and wouldn’t be in for another month and they could issue us a refund. We’re 4 days from our wedding and having to shop for suits again…

I had the pleasure of shopping with a wedding party for the grooms suit at MODA. I wanted to let others know how wonderful this little hidden gem is. The selection of men’s suits were great and unlike all the drab options we found at the Domain (Dillard’s/Macy’s/Men’s Warehouse/​etc.) the selection was youthful/​fun. I may be aging myself but their collection reminds me of the heyday of Gossip Girl.
The owner was extremely helpful and most importantly patient. I think we were there for about an hour trying on what seemed liked the entire store till we found the perfect suit. I’ve referred multiple friends/​family to MODA for new suits and am definitely getting my husband’s next suit there.

1 star is giving this place too much credit. Very cheap clothing. I made the mistake of buying 5 pairs of dress pants. 1 pair started to fall a part after 1 wear. A second pair after 3 wears. They wouldn’t even replace them. They wanted to sew them back together. Really? You’re going to sew back together dress pants that’s only been worn up to 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to shop at his place. Unfortunately after posting my bad service on Facebook I got tons of people writing back saying the same thing. Too bad they all didn’t post on here. Maybe no one else would of got screwed, including me.

Stopped by a couple times while walking through the domain, and never bought anything. prices are pretty decent, but I never found anything that really stuck out to me here. Not a huge selection and it’s usually completely dead inside. Not a place I’d recommend for men’s wear.

Horrible customer service. Was told suit would take 2 weeks and it took 4. They ordered my fiancé’s shirt in the wrong size and then couldn’t get the shirt in time for our wedding. No one knows what’s going on here. Different story from each different employee.

Came in to MODA this morning looking for some last minute prom items. Tyler opened up at 10am and was eager to help out. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my son who had no idea what he wanted. Tyler went the extra mile for him. He found him the perfect shirt and size and also a bow tie and hanky!
He steamed them up so they would be ready to wear tonight.
Tyler talked to my son about football and was super friendly!
We will be back to MODA again soon. The store has lots of the latest fashions for men’s dress clothes.
We will never rent again, check out this place and ask for Tyler!

Terrible service, no refunds are given at all. But they don“t tell you that until you try to return the bad merchandise. I will never step into that store again. The service is very bad, the merchandise is worse. Don’t buy anything because you will be stuck with the produc. they will do exchanges one bad product for another. Stay away!!!
