One Hour Business Cards

I recently had my business cards done here. I brought in my logo artwork on a usb drive and an old business card. Charles sat with me at the computer and did an excellent job designing my business card in real time. Then I was able to see a print out of what my card was actually going to look like before I approved the order. I was getting raised ink which required mine being done offsite, but they were back in a few days way ahead of the 7 – 10 business days promised. The cards look excellent. I also had a self-​inking stamp done here … really nice. I would recommend this business to others and will go back there for future printing needs.

Charles and Sally were great to work with. They provided great feedback and they were professional and friendly. They made me feel like my order was important and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. The end results look great and the personal attention I received made me feel like I was a personal client and not just a number on an invoice. I felt like they truly appreciated my business and I would recommend their services to anyone. I’m not a fan of big box stores where you have to chase someone down for help. Small business are great and much more personal.

The worst customer service. Charles was uninterested and rude. He made my coworker and me feel inadequate because we didn’t fully understand Photoshop. It is surprising that he is still in business. It is people like Charles that give kids hope — if he can do it, anyone can. I would never recommend One Hour Business Cards to anyone.

It was a great experience working with Charles on business cards last week. He was so helpful in sharing his knowledge and expertise in such a low key, professional manner. No hard sell, just truth, honesty and expertise in a matter of fact manner which I greatly appreciate. I had a great experience working with Charles! I knew very little about the printing process (fonts, colors, paper weight, vector images, oh my!), so I discussed designs in person. I recommend the same, unless you know EXACTLY what you you want. I was able to take some time going through the giant image/​logo book and paper samples, before sitting down with Charles to design my cards. He obviously knows his stuff, and I welcomed his input. I wasn’t in a particular hurry, so I was very happy with the one week price. (It obviously gets more expensive, if you need your cards sooner.)
I noticed a criticism of his attitude on here. I did not find him to be arrogant, but I don’t think he gladly suffers fools. Again, if you’re new to graphic design and printing, it’s probably best to go in person.

I gave a general description of what I was looking for and he offered me various options and advice. Turns out, he really knows his stuff. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the journey was about as easy and problem free as I could have asked for.

I had business cards made here approximately one month ago. I went back yesterday to have some postcards made.
The store is clean, bright and tidy. Charles the owner and designer is very professional and cordial at the same time. He also has an excellent eye and is a great designer. He listens carefully and then can produce the card or other product you want made and not only does what you ask for but with his eye maybe even improves it too if you want. Once I find a reliable service provider with reasonable prices I stick with them forever.
