I love this trailer. The service is fantastic, the food is awesome and the trailer always open on schedule(unlike the others in the park). I get my taco specially made(extra avocado) and they always get the order right. I love this place. they have my faithful service for years to come!

I really enjoyed this food truck experience! I had a chicken taco and queso and chips-all was delicious! My family was with me as well and they loved the al pastor taco– just give it a shot. Tacos ranged between 3 and 4 dollars and were very tastey. The only reason I didn’t give it a five was because the staff that were running it were not the kindest. When I placed my order the lady laughed at me and I’m not sure what’s funny about ‚“Chicken taco and queso please.”? I would eat there again.

Great queso. Really great customer service. They ran out of corn tortillas and really made it up to me.

I’ve died and gone to taco heaven. This little food truck is now a MUSTSTOP on my monthly trips to Austin. Stopped in for lunch today and ordered the Relax Taco(refried black, avocado, queso fresco, sesame seeds) and the Gringa(Pastor w/melted cheese, cilantro, onions, pineapple) and my mouth was blown away! I loved the uniqueness of their recipes, the ingredients were as fresh as fresh can be and the tortillas were light and slightly crisp and warm. The gauntlet has been thrown, Austin. But I’m not sure you can improve upon perfection. #TacoHolyGrail

Chicken taco — just the right amount of seasoning on the chicken — cooked very well. Chipotle sauce and cheese go well, but it’s a bit bland — I advise using the green sauce they give you. Bandera — tastes like it sounds. Nothing bad about it, but nothing outstanding.

While their chicken taco is simple and delicious, the people at the S. Capital of Texas HWY location do not know their menu. Out of the two times I have been to One Taco, ingredients have been omitted from my taco. Today I ordered a relax taco(refried black beans, avocado, quest fresco, and sesame seed), what I got was black beans and shredded jack cheese. No avocado. No sesame seeds. When I asked them to correct my order, I got back the same taco with unripe avocado, and still no sesame seeds. If you do not have the ingredients to make the limited number of options on your menu, do not continue to accept orders.

Pros: –Scrumptious tender and perfectly seasoned steak –More authentic than Torchy’s/Tacodeli –Only place I’ve found queso flameado w/chorizo –Topo and Mexican Coke(although the only other drink is Diet Coke) –Flour, corn & wheat tortillas Cons: –Breakfast only until 11 a.m. –Tacodeli size, not Torchy’s size –Tacos aren’t spicy at all and salsas aren’t either
