My experience was great. They are very helpful. They brought several rugs to our house that I had picked out in the store. We love the rug we bought. It matches perfectly with our furniture and ottoman!

A decent selection, but the pricing was all over the board. Much of it seemed arbitrary… for example there was a rug at $ 14,000 now «on sale» for $ 7,000. Why is it that I always feel like a potential victim in most rug stores? It would be much easier if they just offered straight forward pricing… just a thought.
