Moved here about 3 months ago, my closest post office is bee cave and with 360 and bee cave traffic, it always tales at least 20 mins. I own a small retail business and have to drop off packages all the time. Someone mentioned pak mail, so I called and then went in. Jackson was spectacular, so helpful and it was so nice to learn that I could do everything (USPS, ups, FedEx, faxes, notary, packing, copies, etc) all in one place. This has been a lifesaver.

Quick update — I continue to be impressed by these guys! E.g. I just went in today with a large, unsealed package with a prepaid UPS label. I asked to purchase packing tape to seal up my package before dropping it off, but they refused to make me pay for tape and took care of everything for me so I could run to work. They didn’t make any money off the transaction, yet it was obvious they didn’t think twice about taking the time and effort to help me out. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Itnis really hard for a shipping center to stand out. Pak Mail did by providing outstanding service — the guy who helped me was very helpful, friendly and fast. It shows they really know their stuff and that they care about customers.
