Not exactly sure when the best time to go, but every time I’ve gone it’s just bits and pieces left of each entrée. I wish everything was readily full and available. With that said, the walnut shrimp and whatever is available is my go-to here. Not impressive, but not bad.

Nice, clean and busy because of its location I will recommend this place to visit when in the Austin area. I give it a five-star.

When your hours of operation show you close at 10pm, the full menu is expected by the consumer. The ice in the soda station should be full, not empty, and you shouldn’t have your red sanitizer buckets sitting out. Also, instead of saying«this is all we have left, is that ok», how about you say, «we ran out of some items on the menu, would you like to try something new today?» Or something more positive. The food was mediocre. You could tell that it had been sitting for a while. The rice was dry. This was not a good experience.

Chinese fast food, don’t expect any great customer service. A little bit high and the portion was kind of small… Food taste OK…

I paid eight bucks and some change for six pieces of shrimp, some orange chicken and noodles. Could I have gotten a better meal somewhere else for the same price? Yes. Did the customer service make up for the taste of the food? No. Don’t ask why I ordered shrimp either.

The kids running the drive thru got my order all wrong and took forever to get the food out to me. Train your employees better or put responsible adults in the drive-tru spot.

I came to this Panda Express Tuesday night after being on the road for 4 hours and extremely hungry, the employees there are all the same that they’ve had for a few years now they love to talk and gather up at the table near the restroom. When I came in there 3 employees were working the cook, another staff member, and the Manager. Manager came over and not so much of a hello and what would you like, but a stare! Looking at the food it pretty much looked like it had been there a while and other then the shrimp and the orange chicken the pickings were slim,(check my photos) I stood there debating to walk out but it was already gonna be 9 and the not much fast food on the way to Manor. Why is it that they don’t give you much food it’s like they’re trying to ration the portions? Every year panda express food quality goes down and down and you get less then a meal for 8 bucks. I at least wanna get full when I’m paying that price. Panda Express in general isn’t bad for a fast meal but skip this located, you can get a better meal for that price and get a hello, soy sauce, and some dang chop sticks somewhere else!

Just like every other Panda Express I’ve been to, nothing special to report. As a whole this chain lately seems to have more of the«Wok smart» selections so I don’t feel as guilty eating here as I used to. I always request half rice and half veggies instead of the usual pile of rice most people to help stay fit. As with any place that uses steamer trays use your eyes to see what has been sitting out too long, but generally they are good about keeping food fresh. They will make you fresh food if you ask and you are willing to wait 10+ minutes but of course this negates the express part and if there is a line out the door it may not be a good idea. I go during off hours due to my work schedule so I can’t comment on how crowded it is during lunch on a weekday. Be sure to take the survey on the back of the receipt and you will get a free entrée added to your plate on your next visit, totally worth the effort. A 3 entrée plate can easily be split between 2 people and leave you both full, and when combined with the survey coupon you can feed 2 people on the cheap. I do not usually get the lo mein but the other dishes are always spot on as far as flavor and appearance are concerned. Dislike how they no longer have soy sauce and mustard by the drinks, you now have to ask, but I understand they probably are trying to keep costs down as food prices go up. Would recommend to others but if you want something asian and really interesting there is a place called golden wok nearby that is worth visiting for their dim sum, but you’ll pay double what you would here and end up waiting awhile for made to order food.
