Very good and pizza arrived warm. This is our second time to order and very pleased. The pepperoni and Italian sausage on original crust is yum!

I tried this location one last time and it was as horrible as the other two times. Gee up eating papa johns pizza but will not eat it from this location. Pizza was 25% not covered in cheese or the toppings. To top it off the driver was extremely rude. Sent a email in and got a generic«sorry» from a computer generated email. Don’t use this location

Horrible first time experience. After waiting 20 minutes when they said it would be 10 – 15 I found out they hadn’t even started my pizza. Got a refund and no apology from the manager.

I had no idea there was such a thing as «bad pizza», but apparently this place creates bad, if not horrible pizza. We’ve given this place more than enough chances. We live a few minutes away from here but we now drive the 15 or so mins to the Balcones Woods location insted. The quality of the pizza taste-wise is just so blah/not flavorful at all, even aesthetically is just. Sad. No idea how that happens, it must be the employees bc we’ve never had this issue at the Balcones Woods location. Night and day difference. Papa John sure would be disappointed in these guys.

We tried this place once again for delivery because in my hometown it was my favorite. I give up. It took an hour and twenty minutes to get a pizza, well beyond the promised time. The driver said he couldn’t find it, but my neighbors in my building get delivery from here all the time. The pizza was completely burned on the bottom just like the last 2 pizzas. It was not a «fluke» like the manager said. They just don’t know how to cook & don’t care if they serve crap. Won’t be ordering here anymore. 3 strikes and you’re out!

We have been ordering from this Papa Johns since August 2014 when we moved into town. We were amazed on how great the pizzas were considering the poor ratings… but sad to say they now live up to those ratings. They are no better then Dominos… no toppings on the pizza… very stingy. Drivers are great… Real nice, but after ordering several pizzas hoping the last was a fluke… tonights pizza was disappointing plus the wings had a splash of buffalo sauce when usually its covered in sauce. It’s time to move on… just not getting our money’s worth.

I don’t know what would make this pizza restaurant a 2-star or four star is the typical Papa Johns. They basically get my order right and they are cordial. Not a fact I pretty much think there are OK even though apparently others are rating it lower. They make your pizza on time what can I say that’s about it

I got horribly sick after eating their pizza(mushroom, sausage/pepperoni) from this location on Parmer Lane! Go somewhere else! The pizza tasted funny, I should have known something was up! I should have been suspect, the guy at counter was lazy, inattentive, not paying attention — that’s a sign you should beware of eating food prepared by the same people. That lack of attention to detail follows through on the entire operation — food preparation, sanitization, etc. I will NEVER eat Papa John’s pizza for the rest of life — beware!

I went inside the store and ordered a large pizza. I waited inside the store for about 20 minutes. And guess what they screw up with my order and gave me a small size pizza. I was like no I ordered a large pizza. And the cashier did not even apologize and asked me to wait for 8 more minutes. It obviously took more than 8 minutes though. It’s ok I understand you can screw up with stuffs. But she should have at least apologized. Instead she was very rude to me and gives me that mean bitchy look. Never going there again! Very very bad customer service.

First time ordering from this location, pizza was made correctly and delivered promptly. The chicken poppers we ordered were extremely small, and somewhat dry. We’ll probably order pizza again, but the poppers can be dropped from the menu without losing anything.

I ordered 1 pizza and 1 dessert pizza 1 hour ago. The pizza was a large cheese pizza and a small cinnamon dessert pizza. The total was $ 24. Anchovies were ordered on the side for $ 1.49, they sent 4 tiny little pieces. The pizza was not hot. The cinnamon thing wasn’t hot either, and the icing was all melted off the pizza and hardened all over the inside of the box. Also, the cinnamon thing was not sliced or cut at all. I guess they forgot. My kids can eat 4 slices each. Even they only ate 1 single slice and threw in the towel. It tasted like toe jam. Ick. Pretty lousy experience eating this stuff. I’m definitely NOT ordering from papa johns again. They suck!

I ordered 120 pizzas from this location for a hectic video shoot involving 300 extras. We went with this location because it came recommended, and we knew the quality of pizza would be much better than other lower-priced pizza chains. The manager was exceptionally helpful. He worked with me on pricing, slice sizes, toppings, keeping the pizzas warm, and he even took a call regarding my gigantic order while the event was happening and he was off the clock. The pizzas were delivered right on time(if not a bit early) without a hitch. Everyone was helpful and competent. I would definitely recommend this location.

II am a petty and spiteful person. My last visit to this Papa Johns outpost was a train wreck. I should have taken my business to any of the 2.9 million pizzerias in the Austin area. Alas, my spitefulness is only exceeded by my laziness and my love of pepperoncinis. I returned to Papa Johns and ordered three large pizzas for a family gathering. I must be a pizza philistine or some kind of rube who truly does not appreciate the logistical complexity and artistry that goes into assembling a pizza. I also do not personally know the employees of this location. I cannot attest to their level of training, to their general level of culinary aptitude, or to their level of «i hate this job, so I literally give zero f___s about this pizza or the customers or anything at all ever.» I don’t know if maybe they stayed up too late the night before playing Halo and were nursing a cognition-crushing hangover. I do know that one of the three pizzas I received was made without a single shred of cheese. It’s hard to understand how a mutant pizza like this makes it all the way through the quality control of a chain that aspires to «Better ingredients. Better Pizza». Dough. Sauce. Cheese. Toppings. Oven. «Cheese Guy» clearly dropped the ball. He just blanked and then later wondered why he was clutching a handful of cheese. «Topping Guy» just stuck to the script and didn’t ask questions. He didn’t notice that he was placing toppings directly into unadorned tomato sauce. «Oven Guy /Honey Badger» just don’t care. His job was to take out the pizza, cut it, and put it in a box. So what if the pizza looked really weird? There’s a lot of weird stuff in this world. Like, did you know that a cockroach can live for weeks without its head? Two visits to this shop and two botched up orders later, my faith in Papa John has been shaken. «Better ingredients. Better Pizza?» The words ring hollow. It was all a lie. I will only return to cash in my freebies. You can be dadgum sure I’m going to check my pies before I walk out of there.

Great Pizza, Great Staff, has officially won my business. I was partial to Pizza Hut based mostly on the stuffed crust and the wings. They started messing up and Papa Johns had some good coupons. I’d never had any problem with them so I tried them. It really did taste better than I remembered. I went back and forth between the two and Pizza Hut’s service and product got worse and worse. Papa Johns folks are always nice, friendly, and timely and they make good pizza. What more could you want?
