Poster Cabaret

I needed to find a limited edition poster by a specific artist for a birthday gift and Poster Cabaret came up as the first search result when I Googled the artist’s name. The purchase process was very simple and the poster arrived faster than I expected in a sturdy protective tube. It doesn’t get any better than that and I will definitely be a return customer.

Ordered a poster from their online store. The item description said measured 28″ by 20″, but the poster was actually only 18.5″ wide, which would have been nice to know before I went and ordered a 20 inch frame thinking it would fit perfectly. I emailed their support, but they didn’t seem to care too much and still haven’t bothered to correct the item description on their website.
Also, the corner of the poster was crinkled from the poster tube insert because it was not carefully put in there. Not very impressed overall.

I ordered a print from them on-​line. It was delivered quickly and was well-​packaged. The print is beautiful. Satisfied customer!

I had an excellent experience with Poster Cabaret’s website. One of my spending indulgences happens to be prints and furniture (that is an entirely different conversation). I had bookmarked the site months ago when I was on my last print purchasing explosion. Their website is wonderfully laid out, and very user friendly. I was able to read the back story of the artist, and search by specific styles of prints or by the artist.
Once I had paid for my print it was quickly shipped to my address with no hiccups and packaged well for the prints safety. All-​in-​all a great print buying experience.

As a disclaimer, I have never actually been to Poster Cabaret physically but I’ve bought stuff from them online multiple times. I’m a collector of limited edition concert posters and Poster Cabaret often has a good choice of stuff that isn’t available elsewhere. The poster’s I’ve ordered have always been in perfect condition when they arrive and are shipped in sturdy tubes.
My only complaint about Poster Cabaret is that they don’t email shipping information and often it takes a while before your stuff arrives so I’ve been left wondering if it was coming at all. I personally think that giving customers shipping information is a pretty simple way to keep them happy but in this case it is only a minor complaint for me.
Next time I’m in Austin, I plan to drop by their shop so I can give a more accurate review of the actual business but for now I’d recommend them and the stuff they sell.
