This place is a rip off. Went there today to mail package to PA. Quote was $ 187 for 4 day delivery. Called UPS and they are picking up at my home and delivering for $ 13.96. This kind of markup should be criminal.

Never Again! I don’t know if the owner is going through a crisis right now or something to make him be so completely rude to a complete stranger who is also a paying customer. All I know is I don’t want them shipping my product and attaching that negative energy to it. Chose to not let them send it. If I could give anything less than one star I would.

I have been using this post net location for a long time. Every single time I have been here the service has been fantastic and I am typically in and out in a very short time. I sometimes have to send some heavy different type of packages and they never complain. It’s convenient, and well worth it. I will continue to use this store for as long as I live in the bee caves area. Thanks Russ!
