I came on a Sunday to meet with friends and tried their brunch special chicken & waffles that were out of this world! I still have dreams about it if you want the honest truth. I also tried the pat thai and the pat maphraw. It was incredibly fresh and each dish was packed with so much flavor. These guys(and gal) use fresh local ingredients, which is pretty awesome in its own right, and they know what their doing in there that’s for sure. A must stop if you love Thai.

Robert takes great pride in using quality locally sourced ingredients in his dishes, and his efforts don’t go unnoticed. The damned tofu is incredible and hands down some of the best fried tofu I’ve ever tried. Lightly crispy with just a hint of spices. I stuck with a safe choice and selected the pat Thai with chicken. What a solid choice. The dish isn’t as sweet as other phat thai’s I’ve had around town, which is something I found to be perfect for my preferences. The chicken is fried to a light crisp, and offers fantastic and unique flavor to the dish! PROTIP: go with at least the medium spicey level. Robert certainly knows how to whip up some awesome Thai food. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this trailer.

Just stopped by tonight! Great service & amazing Thai. I have had a hard time finding good Pad Thai in Austin & I finally found it at Pretty Thai for a White Guy! We also tried the fried tofu bites. My boyfriend doesn’t even like tofu and we fought for the last one. The green curry is spicy & delicious. The presentation is spot on. It’s hard to make things pretty in a to go container. Prices are also very reasonable. We will be back!
