Worst company in Austin! Screwed my wife out of $ 160 last night for opening her locked door when she locked keys inside car. They changed the price on contract after my wife signed it, which is fraud. Do not hire these thieves! Daniel was the punks name.

I locked my keys inside my truck yesterday so I called a few different locksmith companies to get an estimate and these guys had the most reasonable price. One of their locksmiths, Zach, showed up not even 20 minutes later to rescue me from the cold! He was super quick and efficient and I was very pleased to have my keys back in a timely manner! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again but I know who I’ll be calling if it does:)

The owner informed me that the technician I had was fired and agreed to give a partial refund. I believe my experience was bad because of the technician, and doesn’t reflect on the whole company.

Horrible company! Do not ever use them. I was locked out of my apartment so I called them. They say«$ 15 for the call out and service starts at $ 35.» As other reviews said, that is just to reel you in. The technician showed up. He had not even touched the door and he quoted me $ 145!!! After he attempted to get into my apartment he told me «I had a special lock and the only way to get in was to break the door.» Excuse me? How come no other lock smiths have issues like this in my complex before? My door is like all the other doors. I told him to stop. I was able to convince my complex to send a maintenance man to save the day after I told them what the lock smith wanted to do to my door and they said to not break the lock. The lock smith still charged me $ 54 for not having done anything but loosen the area around my lock on my door. I could understand charging the $ 15 to come out but if you cannot complete the job unless the owner allows you to damage the property then I think that says a lot about your company and training of your employees. They would not refund me for the«labor charges» either when I wrote management about my experience. What a scam! Shame on them.

I needed a locksmith for an interior door and I called Locksmith Services in Austin who advertise $ 15 to bait you into using them. They quoted me a minimum of $ 35. Pros on Call came to my house. The gentleman was polite. But $ 35 went to $ 155 in 25 mins, I feel this price is crazy high. Not good business to advertise a price and then gouge you. Not good.

5 stars for service. 1 star for blatant price gouging. Juuuuust like everyone else, we got locked out. The guy on the phone said it is $ 15 for a service call and around $ 30 to unlock the house. The technician got there in 15 minutes and was quick, friendly and efficient. When we got the invoice though, it was completely different than to what was quoted on the phone but we were so happy to get inside that we just paid first and looked at the invoice later. Unlocking our house came to $ 134 — and it wasn’t even a deadbolt lock. Itemized $ 19 for a service call, $ 40 for labor(he was there for 15 minutes!!!) and $ 75!!! for a standard house lock-out. Also, they didn’t ask for any proof that I even lived in the house — we could have been anyone. A little shady that there is no tax if we paid in cash. Overall, I am happy I got in my house quickly, but absolutely feel as if this place takes advantage of people that are in unfortunate situations.

I called a company called . I had locked my keys in my trunk. They told me that there would be a $ 15 service fee for the locksmith to get to me and $ 35 labor. They dispatched a locksmith from Pros on Call, LLC. He called and said it was $ 20 service call and $ 30 for labor. When he got here he told me it would be a $ 6 additional charge, for what I don’t know. It turned out to be an additional $ 60 for a grand total of $ 120 with tax. So it turned out to be more than double the quoted price. It took him 10 minutes with air bladders and a device like a rubber clothes hanger. I even held the light for him. If the $ 20 was for the service call and $ 30 was for the labor, what was this mystery $ 60 for? Service and labor covers everything. There is no additional category. This is a scam. A bait and switch. Do not use either one of these companies.
