As a shop owner — we had a customer who needed a rear differential rebuilt because his was basically obsolete. I called and spoke with John who was not only extremely informitiable — but also very warm and friendly. This was a breath of fresh air for me who calls other shops and Dealerships all day and when they hear the female voice, aren’t always so nice. John was able to help our customer out quick and under the original estimate — how do I know??? Because John followed up with me and told me the good news moments after speaking with our customer who was overjoyed with his experience — If I could vote 10 I would! 5 for me, 5 for them.

I’ve been getting my oil changed at pro tech on and off for the last couple years and its a great place for auto motive service! Not to long ago I needed a quote for something I broke in my car (oops!) And (I believe they are the owners) the two gentlemen that work in the office were very thorough. He gave me all my different options (making calls, locating parts etc.) to have it taken care of and they seemed happy to help, professional and just like Nice honest guys. In the Automotive industry sometimes Men aren’t real nice to women. I actually worked in a couple shops for about 5 yrs and some men would literally tell me to my face «do any men work here? You can’t help me.»
Unfortunately I diddnt have it fixed there my husband did it but I still have my oil changed there and I will not go anywhere else. It’s just a breath of fresh air. The chains are all go go go and the quality and customer service just isn’t there. At Pro-​Tech They make you feel like home, There great at what they do and everyone is nice. Two thumbs up Pro-​tech!

These guys rock! My VW has a ton of deferred maintenance, including oil and fluid leaks, electrical failure, and cracked CV joints. They helped me prioritize, gave me a reasonable estimate on the work, and took care of the most acute problems to get me back on the road. On top of their great work, hanging out and talking to these guys is like talking to the car talk brothers. Funny, smart, and knowledgeable… they are definitely my new mechanics.

Steve and Gilbert are amazing! They charge reasonable prices, they are very thorough and wonderful to work with. I travel a lot and it’s important that my car is in very good shape and I can trust them not to screw me over and try to give me something I don’t need. So, women out there that don’t know anything about cars, go see Steve and Gilbert at Pro Tech Automotive. Guys you will love these them. They will treat your car professionally and with care and consideration and Steve and Gilbert are awake after their coffee so be sure to catch them after that. Ha ha.

I saw Protech as I passed by and dropped in for an oil change. I met Steve who is one of the owners and he seemed very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me to upgrade or add on any services. They have a nice waiting room with a decent couch and DIRECTV which is a plus. I’ll definitely be back next time our vehicles need work.
