Round-Up Towing

This is BY FAR, the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. I am a 25 yr, veteran of Property Management and during my career I have worked with countless tow companies. Round Up Towing can not be considered anything other than crooks! Round Up was called on police rotation after my daughter’s serious vehicle accident. It took 7 days and multitudes of phone calls just to gain access to her car to get personal items. The accident occurred on ¹²⁄₂₁ and today 12/​30, my insurance company has been unable to get the owner to release the vehicle for processing as a total loss. The owner, driver and office girl are among the rudest and most beligerent people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you breakdown, are in an accident or need towing for any reason, DO NOT let this group of criminals near your car. I am filing complaints with every entity possible and am working to make it my personal mission to assure that no one else has to deal with the frustration and abuse incurred at the hands of Round Up Towing.
I sincerely hope they had as miserable a Christmas as they have caused our family.
