My car got stuck at Amy’s Ice Cream, and I had to be somewhere and so I got a ride there with a friend and called Roundup after the fact.
They called me 15 minutes before the got to my car, so I didn’t have to waste an hour waiting by my car, and they were right on time.
Once they got there, my car somehow started to work again, right as they were about to load it up… They let me drive my car away myslef for free, which is unheard of for a towing place!
Then they went a little further… 15 minutes after I left, they called to check up on me to make sure I got my car to where I was going without breaking down! Now that’s service!
