***DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME***
I called and set up an appointment for a donation pick-up at my residence (piece of furniture that won’t fit in my car).
TSA said, «It will be 8 days before we can get there.» No problem.
I wait 8 days. The morning of pick-up, per their instructions, I called early in the morning to get my «3-hour window» of when they would be arriving (vs. taking the *whole* day off of work). Dude was super cool and says, «We’ll be there between 9 and noon.» Great!
TSA NEVER SHOWED UP. Never called. Zilch. Zero. Silence.
I called the next day to get an explanation — was asked to leave a detailed voicemail. No one ever returned the call.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
