Awful service. First time I called the receptionist seemed new. Stuttering, lots of «uhmmm» — not a big deal. I was told I would have an estimator call me within the hour. I gave it a full 24 hours before I called back. She said someone would call me within the hour. I told her about last time and she said she’d make sure I was called. Reluctantly I hung up. Exactly an hour later I got a call from an estimator! Horray! He explained I would have to get a mold test done first and could text me the info, but he wanted to come over anyway. I agreed to both and he said he’d be over in 2 hours. Sweet! … Well I never got a text and nobody came over. No phone call canceling or anything. I’m extremely frustrated and will be calling another company to rid my house of mold.

My home flooded on Memorial Day. SERVPRO North Central answered the phone when I called, which was amazing; Kyle called me back a few hours later. He came to look at my damage the next day, helped me figure out what to do, and made a recovery plan for me. Kyle could not have been more kind, leaving me phone numbers so that I could ask questions and get information during this incredibly stressful time. The next day Morgan and Sean came out to examine my flood damage and began the drying process. Again, these were the nicest, kindest men you could imagine.
The work that they have done, and continue to do, is outstanding. They have done the maximum amount needed, with the minimum amount of disruption to my family’s daily life. As I have progressed through each step of the cleaning process, Sean and Morgan have explained what they are doing and why. As the time came to sort through the water-​damaged items in my garage, they went item-​by-​item with me letting me know all of the things that could be salvaged, so that I didn’t have to lose everything.

This company is fantastic. My house flooded while I was out of state. They called me every day to give me an update. They packed up my house with extreme care, taking pictures of everything so that I could get what I needed from their warehouse on demand. They were very professional and supportive. I would highly recommend them.
