Short Stop

If you went to another location I wouldn’t doubt that the food would be quite delicious… Just over the years this location has went downhill… I remember coming here during midday and receiving hot and fresh burger and fries… A couple of days ago I went to purchase 3 burger meals for my family… The first sign is that the young lady didn’t get the order right… Secondly, she asked me for a tip when I pulled up to the drive thru window (This isn’t Sonic or a drive in)… I gave her some change anyways and I guess she had gotten mad at me because when I made it home we were eating and my wife is like, «Does the bread seem hard?»… I’m like yeah… Halfway thru my burger i found a staple… (((This isn’t a joke people)))… I yelled out to my family STOP EATING!!! I immediately went back to Shortstop to receive an explanation… I’ve worked in customer service for 14yrs so i know how to restrain my emotions… I go to the little side window and asked for the manager on duty… The woman that was there said she was and i started showing her the burger with staple in it… She called another woman which she said are you sure that it came from here? I’m like what do you mean? Then she said with a sarcastic remark that they don’t have a stapler anywhere near the food… Then she requested to remake our food… I said no thanks!!! I just want the money back… Shortstop should be lucky that I didn’t sue… I just wanted to feed my family that day… i promised to never go to that location ever again… People go to another ShortStop location to get great burgers and French fries …

My review will SHORT, LOL, no pun intended. I love their burgers, AND THEIR FFs are my fave FFs, with McDs a REAL CLOSE second! I love their Wed./Sat. specials, when I remember, or am near that location. I will keep going back.

This is the place on the block for burgers and friendly quick service. They make it well stacked just like you say. The managers are working side by side with the grunts and everybody seems pretty chill. It looks like it wouldn’t be a bad place to work. The fries are hot. Ask for ketchup if you use a lot. They don’t have but about 250 square feet of workspace so it’s a tight burger ballet well choreographed and yummy. Short Stop’s point is good food quick nice service and not overpriced.

Great food IF you can get past the Cashier who can barely speak English. And not in a foreigner type way. I felt as if I was ordering my food from Shenaynay from the show Martin.

Great burgers, greater fries and some great speedy service too. This location is is on my way to work and it always puts a smile in my face.

would definitely go back. good pricing. the chicken sandwhich was amazing! i mean breaded chicken with white gravy, cheese and japs, how can you not like it? i was torn btwn that and the chicken strips… the sandwhich was like a nod to both, cant wait to order it again… and omg cherry limeade?! yum!!! nope, cant hate at all.
