Whataburger oh Whataburger. You’re the white knight of midnight fast food for the drunk crowd. I’ll fight anybody that says otherwise! This one is my ‘home’ location to boot. If you wanna see what a night of drinking will do to your hunger, just show up after midnight and see the line of cars backed up almost to Cameron road. That said, I’ve taken Ubers through the drive thru on the way home. Don’t judge me! All things considered, the people that work at this location are seriously the nicest people. If I was working fast food during late night and dealing with drunks, I probably wouldn’t be half as nice as these folks. Respect.

I’m from the East and Whataburger is always something I wanted to try. I went on a road trip from Louisville, Ky to Austin, TX and I was so excited when I started seeing the orange and white signs of Whataburger popping up! I know the locals don’t get excited by this place, but I do! The burgers are so delicious here, I love that they use mustard as their sauce instead of mayo. The burger that I got had fresh lettuce and tomato, melted cheese and a perfect patty. I’m getting hungry just thinking about those burgers. Their fries are so good, too and the portions here are humongous. I couldn’t finish all of my fries and I definitely struggled to finish the single patty burger that I got. And also, Strawberry Fanta. YES! I love that the West has sooo many flavors of sodas available as fountain drinks. And the spicy ketchup, come on, how cool is that? I like how they bring a tray of condiments and napkins with them when they bring your food to the table. The staff was friendly, even though they were busy. Just remember while you’re enjoying Whataburger I have to eat Big Macs at McDonald’s so please cherish Whataburger! They’re amazing. Out of all the places I tried on my road trip this was one of my favorites. Silly, I know, but I love burgers and they’ve got great fast food burgers here, a true delicacy where I come from.

This place is seriously gross. Clean your fryers. The chicken strips and fries look filthy and always give me a stomach ache. In regards to customer service, it is non existent here. You get what you get. I love WB but this location is gross and definitely needs to be avoided.

This place has gotten a little better, the staff is a little bit more professional, but still has a long way to go. Got my order wrong said they were making it fresh and when I finally got it, my food was cold.

What-a-burger! Love it, but they have to work on their attitudes. The customer is always right people, or if you mad at someone don’t take it out on the customer. All I can suggest is get friendlier staff. I keep coming around because of the food, but if push comes to shove, I might not come back. But again love the food!!!

I have to say they seem to have the longest one person wait ever… the person in front is there 5 minutes, me 15 seconds…

Old building but customer service is cool. They haven’t messed anything I’ve ordered so I can’t confirm what other people are saying. Yes it’s slow people, they cook your order when you get there. That’s cool with me.

Things it has taken me 24 years to realize and I have no earthly idea why: 1) I’ve eaten at Whataburgers in the past. Hell, my Mom used to be a manager at a Whataburger when I was little. How did I never notice that Whataburger has the best fries? I am dumb. 2) Pronouncing it «Waterburger» instead of «What-a-burger» makes more sense to me, because that is how I pronounced it when I was little. I am really dumb. 3) I hate ketchup with the passion of a thousand burning suns, but Whataburger spicy ketchup is pretty good, especially with their fries. Why did it take me so long to come to these conclusions? Your guess is as good as mine. Just think of all those wasted years, getting other fast food french fries when I could have just gone to Whataburger. I would consider crying over that, but it’s better that I came around now instead of never.

Jaded. Jaded because I went through the drive thru and my order was incomplete. Jaded because I left the window without checking. Like: They have regular and spicy ketchup. Open 24 hours.

well, according to this location, I am seeing some good and bad reviews… but my experience seemed to be pretty good at this location. This location is close to my work and I go there about twice a month for lunch and I have experienced great customer service every time. These employees have never been rude to me and your orders are quick and ready to go. Plus, I know that Whataburger is a chain so you expect it to taste the same at all locations… but for some reason… it has always tasted better at this location… don’t know why… maybe it’s something they put in the burgers lol… just kidding, but I enjoy my Whataburger’s from this location. Also, my coworkers go to this Whataburger more than I do… and they have never complained. I just wanted to give a kudos to great customer service and some good quality burgers… I hope your experience here is as good as mine was. Thanks for reading…

This is actually one of the better Whatburger’s I have been to. My family goes here alot because it’s close to the house. The food: The burgers are good for fast food burgers. I actually think the price is pretty fair considering the size of the burger. I do love thier fries. Hits that salty craving pretty darn good. Why the 3 stars— The cashier on my last visit is why I bumped it up a star. She was polite and friendly. I actually think it was her first week there, because she was so much friendly than all the other employees. So I walk in a little after 7pm on a Thursday to put in a to go order. My parents are a little picky about thier burgers — extra onions, no cheese, extra tomatoes on that one, but not that one, half mustard, half mayo.etc. So understandable the drive thru never gets it right. So now I go inside. Kewl. No prob. I walk in and there is 1 other customer with his back turned to the counter. 4 employees standing right behind the register and they look at me for a moment. Nothing. I say hi. 1 guy says hi back and the others continue to stand there. The nice cashier steps off the ladder from behind the soda machine to say hello and«Welcome to Whataburger!» I put in my complicated order and the cashier handles it beautifully! As I go to get the drinks, one of the silent guys tells me to wait as he grabs the ice bucket the nice cashier lady had put down. He begins to refill the machine with ice then his phone goes off. As he is texting, I’m standing there with cups in hand and waiting. My food came out before I was able to fill my drinks! Aside from the nice cashier girl, this place has some rude service, sticky floors, not so clean tables. Will I be back? Yes because the closest Whataburger for my parents and the food is good, but perhaps I will try harder to convince them to get Sonic instead.

Good was okay, but I said hello to 2 of the employees who never acknowledged me in return. Maybe it’s the neighborhood but I was hungry so I ate-would not recommend this place-there’s a Sonic next door-wish I would have tried that

It’s aight, it’s Whataburger. I can’t recall them ever messing up my order, but they of course always take a while to get food out. Now that I’m really thinking about it though, they’re probably faster than most of the locations I’ve visited(at least at the drivethrough). The location sure leaves something to be desired and the turn in the drivethrough to get to the window always seems treacherous but it’s worth it for their dang fries.

This place has gotten expensive! I used to go here all the time when I lived in Arizona. We don’t have them in Vegas, so I jumped at the opportunity to go when I was in Austin. We went around 2:00am, and the drive-thru service was really slow. Kind of surprising, but I guess lots of people were hungry that night. I order the Patty Melt. It was okay. Greasy, cheesy. nothing special. It’s fast food though, so you really can’t expect much. This place is just okay.

This is the worst fast food drive-thru I have ever encountered. I have ate at this Whataburger three times and each time they messed up my order. It is so unfortunate because I believe Whataburger is a good company. It’s just that this particular one is poor quality. The customer service and workmanship is just terrible. So if you find yourself going through the drive-thru make sure you check your order before you leave because, most likely, it will be wrong. I would just avoid this place at all costs.

The pancakes are fluffy and wonderful! It’s only $ 4.59 for three pancakes, two bacon strips, fries, and a drink before 11am. That is a great price for some great food. Oh, and i’m obsessed with their ketchup. Weird, I know. I’ve always had good customer service except the one time I ate inside. The seating area was kinda gross and the cashier was a jerk. I took off a star for that, but my drive-through experiences have been stellar.

Why everybody gotta be so mean to this groovy Whattaburger. Its got the totally retro-classic«Der Wienerschnitzel» architecture outside, but it’s spic and span inside. The folks working there are super friendly(for the most part) and competent no matter what. The burgers are Whataburgers the same as any other Whatsburger — that is, well, they’re kinda meh. But they’re as good as any other megachain’s burgers, or mebbe a tad better. Really I’d prolly give em no better than three cuz they’re just serving burger chain burgers, but cuz the building is kinda cool and everyone else is being bitchy, FOUR stars.

The only reason to go to whataburger is if its late at night and you don’t want mcdonalds. I’ve been to this location many times, and no matter what time it is, the service is the slowest i’ve ever seen at any whataburger. I always order my drink with no ice, and 2 out of every 3 times i get ice. You may wonder why the lines at mcdonalds and jack in the box are so long and theres nobody at whataburger at 3 in the morning. That’s because the experienced late night eaters now that if you order from whataburger, youll probably end up falling asleep before you get your order. They do get another star because the chicken strips and gravy always hit the spot.
