I have been going to this salon for a year and half. I must say for the most part until last December I was very satisfied with the services I received at this Salon. I changed stylists in December because my stylist got to scissor happy with my hair. (Not the first t
I decided to try a different stylist in January at the same salon. I went in to have my hair colored 2 colors, blonde and brown. Needless to say my hair is FRIED!!! I paid over $ 80.00 for this. Had to go back in to add highlights into my hair. I was told by the stylist to just come in and get my fried hair deep conditioned for only $ 10.00.
I’m sorry but where I come from— you should have ate the total cost on this one and included
The deep conditioning as well for frying my hair in the first place.

When I went there was one person working since it was a dead time of day. She immediately got started and was so friendly! Even though I was there for a trim she discussed what my goal was for my hair and suggested things to help. She also introduced me to a wonderful conditioner that has made a huge difference in my hair. The cool part is that she didn’t try to convince me I needed 20 hair products when I explained I don’t like to mess with any. She specifically suggested something simple. I was also very happy with my trim. And on the way out she told me which registers would print more coupons on the back of the receipt.
