Sonic

I work really close to this location so I walk here semi-​frequently for lunch. 90% of the time I go and sit outside there is bird shit on the tables. A few visits ago a girl (who wasn’t very pleasant to interact with) came out, set my food bag DIRECTLY INTO THE BIRD SHIT, I picked it up asked for a napkin and then she sets my drink down and then my STRAW INTO THE BIRD SHIT TOO. I asked for a new straw because the wrapper is paper and the bird shit obviously soaked through and I’m not trying to get some weird illness from bird poop and I was met with an un-​enthusiastic yes and was treated like I was inconveniencing her. I let it slide as a mistake, although if you’re serving food you should probably make sure you aren’t setting your customer’s food down in feces. Well, I just came back again… Bird shit still on the table… The kid who brought out my food obviously wasn’t paying attention and set my freaking straw into the bird shit AGAIN and I was met with the same inconvenienced attitude when I asked for napkins and a new straw. Seriously??? I know you are all either high school students or adults who can’t cut it in an actual job but PLEASE for CHRIST’S SAKE pay attention to where you’re setting the food of a paying customer! This is DISGUSTING! How is it possible that there are like 15 of you at any given time and you can’t even keep a table clean? I definitely will not be returning here. This is seriously infuriating. If you’re going to eat here, stay in your car or else risk the consequence of your food, drink and straw being doused in bird shit. Ugh.

Excellent service. I have never been to a sonic with friendly employees! No attitude. No rudeness. I was shocked. The food was just what you’d expect – fast food, but it looked and tasted good. I will definitely be back for a slush!
