McDonald’s

Was literally the only car in drive thru, only ordered a 20 piece nugget. Got zero sauces the employee gave me 1 sauce then 1 more and walked away both times. Most employees were giving rude looks and had ugly attitudes, the only saving grace was the manager which knew I was I correct. Sad I had to waste my time getting down just for sauce.

McDonalds on Metric has Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers. If you get there at one minute PAST breakfast is served, you’ll never get a Egg McMuffin. But aside from that, its good fodder for the common man.

This place is constantly screwing up even the most menial tasks. Yet, I’ve gone back but I doubt for much longer. I’ve had mediocre food *shocking I know*. I’ve had screwed up orders *shocking I know*. I’ve stumped drive thru workers by asking for condiments *I’m still confused by this one*. The drive thru staff honestly seems more interested with getting you TF out quickly without asking any questions and when you do ask them questions it’s a deer in headlights moment every. single. time. I know, I know, wah wah I got bad food/​bad service at a fast food joint. I know I’m contributing any new ideas to the conversation but I’m still addressing them.

I’ve been to this location several times, all around 6:30pm ish. It’s nice to see high school kids working there and they have been very helpful. A man that looked to be a manager helped me pick out a different toy for my boy even though it was busy. Very good customer service.

This McDonald’s is only half a mile from my apartment but I rarely come here. I mainly come to redeem coupons or get a coffee from their McCafe.
The service is usually kind of slow and the staff is not always friendly. The interior is nice with tall windows that let in lots of light. There’s a nice «Play Place» outside if you have kids. The tables and chairs seem clean enough. I see a lot of locals spending a lot of time here alone with laptops.
Their door handle was broken the last time I went.
The location is at the Southeast corner of the Parmer Lane @ Metric Blvd intersection.

The staff weren’t following dress code for work. Shirts untucked, hats to the side, and not neat or clean slacks. The guy taking my order reeked like he had spent the night in a swamp. He was distracted by another coworker so he got my order wrong. I asked for a regular McChicken and got a hot and spicy instead. The double cheese burgers I asked for didn’t have pickles… W.T.McF? Furthermore the cheese wasn’t separated by meat so the flavor profile of the burger was not up to standards I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. Aside from the terrible service and tables weren’t cleaned off nor lids at the drink station stocked. The bathroom is a whole other strike against this restaurant. Shame on the manager for such ill standards of excellence and shame on the owner for letting their investment earn such a review. About me — 2 years working in a McDonald’s and never would I let my place of work get to the condition of this location. Furthermore time of day isn’t an excuse for condition of the place. There should always be enough staff to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. Perhaps it’s a lack of training or even leadership.

Worst McDonald’s in this area. Literally had time to write this review while sitting in a line at 2 am for 20 minutes. Do not recommend to anyone, play it safe and try Wendy’s or any other fast food restaurant. Employees at this McDonalds care more about joking and flirting with each other rather than taking care of their customers. Guaranteed 15 minute wait regardless of what time you get here. Will

Be sure to tell fellow neighbors not to use this location when they need a quick bite to eat. Get your stuff together McDonalds on metric. What a waste of time I spent in this drive thru. This place flat out sucks! DO NOT COME HERE! ITS TRASH!

The staff was very friendly and the food was served fast and was very good. The play area was nice with lots of tables and shade. The only bad thing is that the restaurant was filthy. The garbage cans were full to the max and tables greasy.

This is a busy place. They try@least the staff are friendly. It’s fast food! We liked the play area!

This place is crazy slow

I have been here several times and they have messed up orders more than half the time. Specifically asked them and then reiterated that I want an oatmeal with no sugar, they still managed to mess it up and put sugar… Okay stuff happens, some people need to be told three times, that’s why they work at McDonald’s. But then on another occasion I asked for a large latte with an extra espresso and instead got a small cup with milk and mystery coffee mixture, which definitely was not a latte. I told them what the issue was they stared at me like I was asking for something extraordinary and poorer more milk into that mystery drink to bring it up to a medium size, but still not large. And then another time I asked for a mocha and it was just disgusting. I guess they just have useless people working here. If you absolutely must eat here then go inside so in case they mess up your order, you can demand for a refund.

Worst customer service ever! The late-​night shift is just rude and creepy. And this morning, the woman at the 2^nd window tried to refuse to give me extra hot sauce. I told her I’d pay for them, and she still refused. I then informed her that if the extra hot sauce was a problem, I’d just return my order. Miraculously, The hot sauce appeared! Did she make the hot sauce herself or something? Lesson learned. I’m done.

My husband is some kind of coffee whisperer he seems to think McDonalds has the best coffee and so therefore whenever he sees a McDonalds we have to stop so he got his coffee and I decided to get oatmeal great fast service

Wow what a change. The fries are better, the food is better, the crew doesn’t suck. I’m so impressed. We have gone a few times just to make sure it’s change and not just on a lucky day. They have been consistently more cheerful and the food has been consistently good. I’ve complained a few times about the food and crew and I wanted to make sure they know we notice their efforts.

first i am not sure if this is the right location i selected but anyway The New Premium McWrap was excellent perfect for on the go the service was nice.

I was surprised at how tastey the new Eggwhite Mcmuffin was and only 260 cal. I also liked that on the drive through order board they are now posting the calories of the food. Great idea

They mess up your order a lot, and they’re ticked when they have to fix it. They usually fix it with cold food that seems like it’s been sitting out a while.
Most of the people working hardly speak any English. It took way longer than it should have to let the woman know there was a big difference between the 6 piece chicken nuggets Mighty Kids meal we ordered and the hamburger Happy Meal we were given. :l Seriously McDonalds, hire people only if they can’t muster out the country’s language and not be a bi**ch about it.
Otherwise, it’s a McDonalds, what more is there to say? I feel silly just writing a review for it. I’m going to go sit in the tub and think over my life.

You cant seem to get all the order in the bag, then when I go park and haul the kids in just to get some food you were too lame to get in the bag, you give me attitude. everyone who works for this location is rude or ends up that way shortly after hire. this one chick argues with me all the time about getting a caramel/​mocha hot. «im sorry we dont have caramel mocha» yes, yes ya do! I had her get the manager on the mic after we went back and forth a couple times. just because you cant see the little button marked CARAMEL/​MOCHA on your itemized register doesnt mean you dont sell it! one other thing… I was under the impression that mcds corp office started to sell happy meals with both fries and apples? not one or the other? guess they didnt send you the memo

It’s McDonald’s. You know what you are going to get. The drive thru is fast and they never screw up my order. Can’t complain.
