Firstview apartments were great my two years there. The few maintaince requests I had were taken care of very quickly and were never major. The complex is nice and the people who live there are very friendly. Great location and should only get better in the near future.

I’ve never had better landlords or property managers. This is the first time I’m staying at a location longer than a year in 8 years of renting. Whenever there are issues (which there inevitably will be living in a multi-​unit complex), Spearhead is quick to respond. They’re understanding, accommodating, and friendly. You can tell they want their tenants to be happy and it shows.

the best apt i ever lived, period. Older but charming and well-​kept with beautiful oak trees surrounding your apt, lots of windows and a beautiful pool, younger tenants but very respectful, reasonably priced in very good location. The management is as professional as it gets and friendly, and the repairs get done in timely manner. Mallary, the manager, is so nice and you know she has your back. I moved here for a job thinking I ll stay for a few years and the only thing now keeping me from moving back to the West Coast is this amazing place.

After living at The Braeburn for 6 months I’ve decided to update my review– and suggest you keep looking for a new place. There are better alternatives to this place. First off, Spearhead does not have a physical office so you are stuck talking through e-​mail. They do not return e-​mails in a timely manner, infact they do not respond most of the time.
This leads to broken items never being fixed. The AC is so run down and loud you won’t be able to sleep with it on– and then you won’t be able to sleep cause its way too hot. We’ve had several bug infestations due to the fact our windows do not close properly– our front door master lock had to be duct-​taped to the door so we could fit the lock to the door frame. Eventually our kitchen light went out. All of these things went unattended to.
Birds have also taken over this place. Everything you love will be crapped on if you aren’t careful.
All in all, you can do better.
