Starbucks

Welp, it’s a Starbucks! To be fair… the reason I frequent here is because it’s across the street from my office. The service has always been friendly and the coffee is readily available so I have nothing to complain about. It’s a solid location and if you need a cup of joe, you can get your fix here!

Employees were super nice and the drinks came out really quick. Not sure why they have got some negative reviews!

I read the previous reviews but my experience wasn’t anything like the previous negative reviews. The hotel lobby location was great as I was staying at the same hotel. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but I came here for coffee & food not to have a «affirming experience» or my self esteem bolstered.
In my interaction with the staff they were accurate and pleasant. I have not been here before nor do I know any of the baristas personally. As I write this I’m watching the young lady behind the counter chatting up an older couple and offering helpful advice to their inquiries. There is nobody else in line so the time she is taking is entirely appropriate.
I love the lower prices in Texas for the same product. The same exact drink would cost about $ 2 more at the Las Vegas convention center location I was at yesterday.
Accurate preparation of my order, professional interaction, ample seating same Starbucks quality earns this retail/​hotel outlet 4 stars. See you next time…

The hipsters they have working here are ridiculous. They can’t be bothered to help because they’re too involved in their own conversations. If they don’t want to be courteous or work, they should stick to collecting even more bad tattoos and acting nonplused elsewhere

Unreliable staff, the morning opening staff on 21 of March were incredibly rude. Anyhow have to find another location since these people can’t seem to manage there staff. This is the Radisson Starbucks location, Austin
