What I love about Strut is their ability to have the perfect amount of options for browsing. I never feel overwhelmed when I come ready to shop & buy! In full transparency, I’ve never bought anything from Strut full price. Do yourself a favor & sign up for their emails, then wait for their BOGO50% or Everything 40% promos. For occasional wear and trendwear, this is a great stop. I shop here to supplement my classics/basics from Banana Republic, Loft & Zara. They have cute, stylish clothing, along with accessories(jewelry, scarves, bags, sunglasses) & shoes. Fun place to shop! I’ve always received great customer service here. I’m definitely a fan. :)

I think STRUT is stalking me. Okay, maybe not, but they sure do read my mind. Just a few months after taking a job on Koenig Lane, they open up an Allandale location. AHHHH. I couldn’t be happier. I’m addicted to strut but this location is blowing it out of the water. Amazing staff and I’m loving the jewelry they have in stock right now. I could honestly hang out here all day. The best part is, its the only place my boyfriend will brave because they always have available seating and water bottles to sip on while you wait. I’ve even seen some locations serve mimosas on weekends. Its my annual birthday treat for him to buy me some SODA brand shoes from strut. I can’t wait to watch this location grow. They can’t get rid of me… and why would they want to? I’m a delight.

Decided to check out the new location after grabbing a bite to eat at the food trucks next door. I haven’t been to the other Strut stores before, and wasn’t aware at the time that this was the newest location. It’s super clean and organized inside, but the selection seems a bit limited and there are only 2 fitting rooms. The clothing and accessories are very much in the hobo-chic/bohemian genre. Not quite my taste. They also are slightly more pricey than one would expect for the quality of the garments. My boyfriend described it so eloquently as «cheap expensive»…(Supposedly, they do have AMAZING sales quite regularly, though!) If the clothing was more to my taste, I’d give it another star. The woman who was working there was super nice, greeted us right when we went in, but didn’t hound us while we looked around(I’m a fan of being left alone to explore).
