Amazing food and great service. Munira, who owns this little gem of a place, personally makes me delicious sandwiches just the way I like the them. Her food is always fresh and she goes out of her way to deliver fast service. I highly recommend eating here, It will quickly become your favorite place to eat.

Just to update everyone – Eat 24, who apparently handled our order, gave me credit toward another order from them. Subs Plus employees told Eat 24 not to provide us with a refund, which is utterly ridiculous. This company, not only advertised a product that they didn’t deliver, they actively tried to take money that they didn’t earn. I feel like I was stolen from, cheated, lied to, and really taken advantage of… I’m definitely going to be making a report with Austin’a BBB and Health Dept. This is your warning. I’d advise against this place.

I used a «buy one sub, get one half off» coupon. I ordered online through the paypal app via EAT24. Not only was the coupon applied wrong,(taking only $ 2 off instead of $ 4.50) but our order was all wrong. I ordered their«Prime Roast Beef» off their hot subs menu. It’s supposed to include provolone, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and a garlic sauce. It sounded good. What I got though, was a cold roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. No sauce, no sautéed anything, no provolone. I called to let them know my order was incorrect. The lady just said«I’ll call eat24 and see what they can do». Uhh ok. Well she never called me back anyway. I would say that this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but they use Boar’s Head, so I’ll give them that.

I bought a voucher from living social that sent me here — lets just say, I have another voucher for subs plus and I want to get a refund because I don’t want to come here again. Wasn’t greeted when I entered… even though I was the only customer there. Didn’t think ordering 2 subs would take almost 20 minutes — oh and to add to that, the man helping me his name was James; I asked him to make a Philly cheese steak sub and he expressed that he was cooking bacon and that he would then have to remove the bacon to make the sandwich that I had asked for… how does that all of the sudden become my problem? its your job to service customers… not let us know how«difficult» it was going to be for you to remove your excess amount of bacon from the grill that has been burning ever since I walked in. The broccoli and cheese soup tasted old and griddy because he nuked it in the microwave to heat it up… he then burnt the bread for my roast beef that I had to get instead of the Philly cheese steak that I really wanted in the first place… Didn’t even get thanked for ordering my lunch from them, plus — I had to reach over the counter to grab my bag of food instead of it being handed over to me… never again. oh and to add to it– the place is messy; they have papers laying all over the table behind the computer; James never once changed his gloves to prepare my food after touching the computer, phone, and going to the back to do whatever it was he had to do. The best thing I could take from my experience here would be… oh wait, there is nothing.

Can’t emphasize enough how good the homemade soups are here. Have yet to find another spot that competes with the broccoli Cheddar
