Terrible have to add tons of veggie to your steak and chz to even make it worth almost seven dollars they need to charge for just meat and chz or give extra something when not getting veggies my sandwich was so punie !!!

This location seems to be hit or miss. I can tell whether or not by who is working. There’s usually an older black woman working here who is kind and makes an awesome sandwich that I appreciate greatly. However, she seems to be the only one keeping the place together — even when there are other employees around. I’ve seen her send others to the back multiple times when they screw up. Please help turn this place around. I’ve seen how good it can be.

WORST. SUBWAY. EVER. I wish I could give negative stars! The employees were idiots(and that’s putting it nicely), I had to keep telling them how I wanted the sandwiches– almost ten times and they were getting mad at me because they thought I was changing it on them. They were rude and unhelpful and it took them almost ten minutes just to sprinkle some vegetables on ONE sandwich, no wonder a huge line was forming! One employee went into full detail about how sick she was and how she was tired and wanted to be home but she had to work because their boss sucks and wouldn’t let her stay home… all while preparing my sandwiches! In front of all the customers in line! Then she screwed up ringing me up and again got pissy with me when I told her she was wrong, that my sandwiches WERE on the $ 5 footlong menu. She turned around and looked at the sign herself and turned back to me and said«Hm» and raised her eyebrows like I was still somehow wrong and had snuck behind her to change the sign just to make her wrong. I was fuming when she was handing me back my card. I looked on the walls for sign of contact information. Got the email address for the store manager. I sent them an email detailing my very bad experience with their store and employees. First and foremost, I wanted to let them know how horrendous their employees were. And secondly, I thought I might score a free sandwich… an apology, at least! Nope. Never heard from them. Sent a second follow-up email, still no reply. I vowed to never go back there and told everyone I know not to go there. I know Subway isn’t a super classy place or anything but geez. I have rarely been so angry leaving a food place before.
