Subway

The worst subway in all.
Only had 3 breads made.
Lady took forever to acknowledge me.
No personality.
Someone tgst i assumed worked there. Went behind counter in street clothes no hat or hair net.
Id like to talk to manager

Worst subway ever. I had to go through bathroom after I ate their, they have no cleanliness. The food was made sloppily and no one is trained, I think. The tomatoes were runny and the veggie pizza I bought was the worst I had from any subway. Will never go there ever!

When I need a quick lunch meal this is one of my go-to’s. The veggie delite is filled with fresh veggies and I appreciate the ability to pick my ingredients.

Worst subway ever! I went there twice and both times experienced poor customer service.
1^st time: I was moving to a nearby apartment so I decided to use the buy 2 6 inches and get a coke free coupon for my boyfriend and I. The guy got upset that I tried to use two coupons. I told him that I was buying the other sandwhich for someone else and have used 2 before at other locations. He sighed heavily and finally agreed. The coupon deal was not that great so I am not sure why he was so upset.
2^nd time: I get a veggie sub. First mistake is they put cheese right on the bread. Anyone who know how to make a sandwhich with cheese knows to not put cheese by the bread if you want to taste it. They put a few slices (footlong sub) and ask if I would like more. I said yes since there was no way I would be able to taste 2 slices of cheese on a footlong. They put a little more and then charged me 1.00 extra for extra cheese. After all that I still couldn’t taste the cheese.
Next time I will go out of my way to avoid this subway!

All right, Balcones Subway, you get three stars for being fairly clean and making a decent sandwich, and for being on my way to someplace I need to be in a hurry.
But you miss out on the other two because if I want someone to mumble and roll their eyes while making my kid and me a sandwich, I would ask my teenager to do it.
And you only have adults working there, so I expect something that better resembles good customer service.

I probably should’ve actually babysat the process more an actually hovered over the sandwichier to be sure he knew what he was doing. Why? The sandwich I opened when I got home had ham. Bacon. Turkey. Yes the three least Italian meats they had. ??
This is not my first encounter with poor listening skills at this particular Subway, but I’m thinking it’ll be my last.

I know, I know, why review a SUBWAY!!! They are all the same, right?
Perhaps. But this particular Subway never seems to be busy and the people that work there are always nice and prompt. I appreciate that.
