Very dirty. Overflowing trash from inside their kitchen. I went in the morning on a weekend right when they opened. No one cleaned the night before. Whoever manages this place would should be fired. Subway corporate, check your stores!

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service and experience I’ve had at ANY establishment that serves food. The trash was overflowing. Men’s bathroom toilet was clogged and disgusting. There were 3 people in line in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich and a salad. The lady a few people in front of me was forgotten with a half finished sandwich sitting on the preparation table. They made 2 sandwiches and started making mine before I reminded the employees that they shouldn’t make my sandwich and finish hers. The employees were rude and forgetful. I left visibly angry. I won’t be going to Subway any time soon.

Went here to get dinner, open till 9. It was 8 and the doors were locked and the lady told me they hadn’t had a customer for 3 hours so they were closed for the night. That’s not how you run a business. If you’re open till 9 you’re open till 9. If you don’t want to stay open then close the store completely. Not wanting to stand there an extra hour till closing is ridiculous. Maybe you don’t have business all day because you think it’s okay to close early and run a business like that. Also, they’re located at the domain where people are outside late past operation hours, closing early is a big mistake and isn’t going to help you get any more customers.

The staff is really nice at this Subway, the only place to get fast and healthier food around the Domain these days. Clean and convenient. Italian BMT all the way. Management changed so that probably helps.

I like subway. You can usually find one with great healthy options. Subway is an American staple but … this location is hands down the dirtiest, most poorly trained and staffed location I have ever been to. They veggies looked old, the store was dirty and the staff were struggling…

I’m beginning to see why this location sometimes gets low ratings. I have had good experiences and bad ones, I think it just depends who is working. Last week, I came here for my lunch break. I work at the domain and this is a quick place to get something to eat in the 30 minutes I have, or so I thought. I walk in and five people are in line ahead of me. That’s fine, so I wait. I thought it odd that on a Friday evening they had ONE worker for both sandwiches and cash handling. In fact I think he was the only person working at all, he mentioned during some small talk that they had some people call off. That part is not his fault. However, even with one person working and five people in line, I shouldn’t have gotten my food with only three minutes left in my break. 27 minutes in line, three left to quickly scarf down my sandwich and run back to work. I wasn’t too impressed that time

Subway, I want to like you. Generally, I love you. But this location consistently disappoints. Since I live in the Domain and there’s a severe lack of quick lunch options, I keep going back, but every time I regret my decision. First and foremost, they are out of the honey oat bread every single time. You do bake your bread in house, right? If it’s not the bread, then it’s something else. Protein, favorite veggie. Always something. My other big peeve is the staff. Sometimes they are severely understaffed with a line out the door. Sometimes they clearly have enough employees, but two are in the back screwing around and one«Sandwich Artist» is left alone to handle all food prep and money transactions. Another occasion, two employees were too busy flirting with each other to get my order right, plus it took an obscenely long time even though I was the only customer. The dialogue was inappropriate, and I had to bite my tongue each time the employee re-asked for my sandwich options. I was so frustrated by the time I left, I didn’t even realize I had walked out with bologna instead of ham. Woof.(Literally. I actually ended up feeding the meat to my dog.) I think it’s time to break up, Subway. Sorry. It’s not me, it’s you.

Nothing special. Consistent. Service could have changed it but the guy looked like he hated his job. No expectations from this establishment. It’s close to work. All that matters.

It’s the only place around to get a quick lunch because there are no other fast options on this end of the Domain. There is always a line at lunch because of this. The staff is usually slow and they never seem to happy to be there. It’s a typically Subway. You know the drill. Nothing really is a stand out. I do hate that they serve breakfast all day, but don’t open until 10 so those of us that work at the Domain, can’t stop in and get some breakfast on the way to work.

This subway may be starting to slide. They are out of diet coke about half the time I show up. Today they even had a sign that they were out of diet coke in the fountain. The lettuce was kind of gross looking. Hey lettuce is cheap… if it’s nasty, it should be thrown out. Still maintaining three stars, but it’s approaching two.
