In here on a Saturday afternoon. Entire restaurant has been taken over for a party. We were given the choice of sitting outside in fifty degree weather with 30mile an hour winds, sit at the bar, or sit in one of two remaining tables. Yes, TWO tables!!!
Food was bad. Ordered conch fritters that came out soggy. Ordered chicken strips. Expecting chicken strips but got a sliced up soggy chicken breast. Their «coleslaw» is nothing but shredded lettuce with some lemon dressing.
Then, when it came time to close out our tab, our bartender charged our credit card without ever giving us a tab. No copy to see if we were even charged correctly!
All I can say is we will never be back and I would warn anyone I know against eating here. Bad food. Bad service. Crappy establishment.

Located right on the lake, Sundancer Grill is a great place to eat and enjoy a relaxed lakeside environment. Also, where else can you go into a «walk-​in refrigerator» to relieve yourself. Anyway, my favorite is the all-​you-​can-​eat Catfish Wednesdays. Most all their food is really good excluding their coleslaw which (hello) I’m not the only one complaining about it. Steal the recipe from the Col and I’ll give you a 5th star! Okay, so if you love the lake and love fun comfort food locations which don’t steal the comfort from your wallet… give Sundancer a try. Oh, and skip the slaw ;-)

Far surpassed expectation. The service was courteous and quick. The food, while chosen from a relatively simple menu, was spectacularly fresh and well made. There’s also a great veiw, laid back vibe, and strong margaritas. I’ll be going back again soon.

It’s Wednesday, we order all you can eat catfish. Catfish is lot better than other join. (If you live around here, you will know which one I am talking.) Catfish is super fresh!
Waiter is very nice to tell us how long will take to cook the catfish, and he reminds us to place the next order. One of us could not finish the 2nd piece of fish, waiter even helped us to box it to go.
One thing, we can smell smoking cigarettes from patio. If they can close the door to patio, I would love to give this place 5 stars!

Came here on a Saturday evening around 6:00. We were greeted before we even walked in the doors. It wasn’t crowded yet so we were seated right away. We had a great waiter. The food was delicious! Definitely a good place to go after being on the lake all day! This is a very chill place and you can wear your «boating» attire!

I just love this place! Mark the manager, and all of his staff are great! The food has really stepped up a notch over the past 6 months, and you just can’t beat the atmosphere and location on the lake. Definitely drove over by boat or car to have a drink and s great meal.

By far the most consistent and best food on the water. Great atmosphere and the food matches. Today we came for brunch and the crab hush puppy egg Benedict is good to go!

Food is good, my burger was a little salty and I don’t think it had the hickory that it was supposed to have, but its lake food and I was hungry. The rest of the table loved everything they had, and the drinks were good. Service for a Saturday afternoon, was quite timely and people were friendly. I’m not sure if I would drive to this place but for an afternoon on the lake its perfect!

Foodies beware!!! Do not waste your time. Fine for a drink and the view. The food is pretty bad. We had fried shrimp that tasted freezer burnt with some terrible sauce that was an insult. Staff seemed pretty clueless. Front door left unattended for over 10 minutes with confused patrons waiting. Fine if you have low to no standards for food and hospitality.

Then 15 minutes to find a server.
Food came out quickly. One benefit.
Unfortunately, if you want to see your server within the next 40 minutes, you’re out of luck.
Terrible, horrible, incompetent management.
Oh. But the view was nice.

Great view of the lake, or what’s left of that part of it anyway. Nice clean place with full bar and climate controlled deck. Drinks are good, food is average. Good place for a lazy afternoon drink on the deck.

i hope it stays a secret but i wish the best for the awesome owners and employees. Highlights? They make all their food homemade.
best? Fried Mozzarella… and i dont usually like fried food. This place is amazing.
