Although there was plenty of stock on the buffet, I’m fortunate I only bought one slice. As with 99% of establishments in North Campus, they serve 42+ different imported flavors of microbrewery and craft beer. I have a feeling had I been 19 and had about 6 over-hoppy beers, the pizza would have been 5* deluxe. However, having lived a lot, and been around, I refuse to drink overpriced ridiculously named beer I could have outdone in my lawnmower shed. Therefore, the pizza was less than average awful.

I echo others in that this place has great pizza and great beer. Came here to watch a UT game, and it was a fun atmosphere. Pizza was good(not too much sauce, which I appreciated) and was brought it fairly quickly, given the amount of people there that night. Plus, parking is so easy at this place which is so rare to say about anywhere in Austin around the area! We got: –Traditional sauce with sausage and pineapple Yummy pizza and great prices!

The management was understanding and willing to work with a mix up they had and gave me full money back. They have good food!

You all do not answer your phone. The recording says you«will be with me in a moment» and then hangs up on your customers. Great customer service… Or lack there of.

Stopped in at a bad time I guess. A college gathering was occurring, too many people in front of the buffet stuff, too loud, and the pizza we had from the buffet was«ok» but certainly not anything I’d rush back for. The beer selection was good and prices good. This is just a typical college hangout.

Great place. Food is solid, staff is nice, great/cheap beer selection, sports on TV. Plus they let us silly nerds host our Smash tournaments here, so it’s really hard to complain about anything.

I never go to places on campus but this is one that I should. My friends were hosting a tourney here and the wait staff was awesome and terribly friendly. They have an excellent selection of beer on tap(Two of my favorites!) and great specials most days of the week. The food was great from what I tasted and would love to come in for there buffet. 10⁄10 would go again.

Great food and beer. The staff is also very accommodating and very friendly as we hosted a Super Smash Bros Mêlée tournament here. Everything ran so smoothly and the space was perfect. I hope to continue coming here!

Before, when this was Double Dave’s, you’d get a dozen Peproni Rolls for $ 9.00. Now you get a dozen for $ 8.50, but there’s a catch: they’re much smaller and not as good. I will not returning. I had been a customer of DD for 20 years. I understand that you might want to change the menu now that you’re no longer part of the DD franchise, but you have customer expectations. Good luck.

Great beer prices and quality pizza especially if you are doing the buffet. My family and I went Sunday and took advantage of all u can eat pizza, calzones, cheese sticks, salad, pizza rolls, and desserts for 9.75 per person. I simply don’t know a place that has that many beers on tap with everyday specials and happy hour deals like they do. Just an overall solid place that’s good for the family but still seems like a cool place that I would have hung out at back in my day to catch some games.

Reasons why I come to this place: — The drink specials are too hard to pass up. There are 30 beers on tap… and on Mondays 10 dollar pitchers of any and all beer on tap. — The pizza is actually really good. I love mine with pepperoni and pineapple, along with their sweet red sauce… — Their buffet special is ridiculous. All you can eat quality pizza, all you can eat pizza rolls, all you can eat salad, and a drink for less than 10 bucks. — This has been a great hangout space for my friends and I for over a year. We come to watch sports events or we hangout while taking advantage of the drink specials… while a few of us order some pizzas to share. I really do recommend this place to anyone. I always tell my friends to come here for the beer, and they do… but they stay here and continue to come back for the food. PS. I only gave the«$$» for anything outside of the buffet. But the buffet I’d say is in the«$» range.

This pizza is DABOMB. Looking to fill up on some unlimited pizza, pizza rolls and salad? Look no more, this is the spot. For $ 9.75 you can get all of that plus a soft drink. As far as alcohol is involved, this is a beer drinkers paradise. With a happy hour that includes 30 taps at half price, it would be hard to argue. So if you’re in the mood for pizza, beer, or both, this place is a MUSTRECOMMEND!

It looks like Double Dave’s but it’s SONOT… the menu is almost the same, nothing’s changed in the building but the quality has crashed. Pie is made now with a much sweeter sauce and it’s overly cheesed with something that tastes like ‘government cheese’, it has a gross after-taste to it. The pizza rolls, formerly THE reason to go to DD’s are made with a dough that is much softer but almost under-cooked, you really taste raw dough(we sat through waiting for a second batch which was cooked the same way), even the formerly fresh crispy salad mix was limp and less iceberg like. Horrible. My room-mate and I still feel sick to our stomachs following the buffet. The vibe is gone too somehow even though the place looks the same(save for a lot of neon chalk effects on the menu boards) it just doesn’t feel right. Avoid. Especially if you recall the former glories of Double Dave’s. Seriously the food at CiCi’s Pizza is above this. :(

Not good pizza. Let’s begin with the worst part. I found hair on one of the pizzas and demonstrated this to an employee.(I have short hair, this hair was 12″+, probably belonging to the nice lady making the pies this afternoon). The employee’s reaction was«thanks». This employee brought it to the attention of his manager and the manager just shrugged, and proceeded to go sit down and eat his lunch. As a new business, with terrible food, you should try and take care of customers [Manager!] if you wish to succeed. The return of the students in the fall won’t bring you revenue if your reviews suck. No one offered a refund. No one said sorry. What was right: — Friendly employees — DoubleDave’s décor remains inside What was wrong: — Dough not cooked through! — Barely any cheese on the pizzas — Barley any toppings on the pizzas(so little as to seem a joke!) — Incredibly low-grade cheese(so much hinges on this!) — No herbs or spices to taste in the sauce — Pepperoni rolls violently undercooked — $ 9.75 for a lunch buffet for this low quality product

Smells & tastes exactly like a Pizza Hut from the golden days of the 1990’s(not a bad thing, IMO it’s the goal), décor/interior to match– feels like you’re right in a nostalgic Steven Spielberg movie being shot in Austin. Pizza is a tiny bit on the pricey side, but it’s delicious, I mean DANK. You’re getting exactly what you’re paying for. The atmosphere is a little random, kind of this vintage 80’s/90’s Texas theme, but the food isn’t.
