These guys seriously suck we voluntarily surrendered the car and they tried to put on our credit it was a repo smh I’m telling you bad business anyways the Chevrolet place next to the round rock outlets is a great place we got a new Buick suv 2011 they are great there y’all should check them out cause these guys are bitter bad business!

Update: We found out why they were dragging their heels on the title. The car was listed as stolen 20 days before we purchased it.
We discovered this after going down to their office and sitting there until they gave us a piece of paper declaring our lien was paid in full and the title could be released to us so we could go down to the DMV ourselves and get the title.
They gave us some excuse about «going to another office» to get the paperwork, but then magically produced it after we sat in their office and glared at them for 45 minutes. Then they all left and we discovered that the VIN number they wrote down was incorrect.
We called 311, an officer was dispatched to us, and then discovered that the car had been listed as stolen in Alabama on 6÷2÷2015. He then impounded the car and took us home. Now we are out a car, and my wife (a Lyft driver) is out of a job.
And the icing on the cake? Dean just called my wife and accused her of «making trouble.» Yeah, WE’RE the bad guys in this scenario.

Bought a car and the next day the check engine light (and two others) came on, and instead of them fixing it he just (illegally) cleared the code off of the computer and told me to wait to see if it comes back on. Furthermore the prices for all the cars aren’t listed anywhere because the make up the price depending on how much money you have. I got a car worth $ 7,000 (if it doesn’t completely break down), but they priced it at 10,900 and after financing I’ll pay $ 15 000. Think long and hard about whether or not you want to be ripped off before you buy a car from here.
