My number 5 was great… crispy bacon, melted cheese, crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes. I always order my bun toasted and it makes all the difference! Fries were piping hot and fresh and my sweet tea had just the right amount of sweetness. I was very pleased my order and the friendly staff I only wish I didn’t have to wait almost 10 minutes in drive thru.

What a burger. Okay it is a chain. They have the same food. Yes it is yummy of course. This location howcer has great service. Consistently nice and have never gotten an order wrong. Once, I left my wallet at home didn’t have enough cash to cover my order so I adjusted my order but they called over the manager and made it work. What? I didn’t even ask for that. I live near there so brought the money right back. Very kind offer.

For being 2 o’clock in the morning jammed pack with cars in both drive thrus receive my order in 10 minutes with moderately hot food is quite an accomplishment. I must say I’m pretty impressed

What a Disappointment! We went there for late night, midnight nosh to find a sizable line-up We were met by a pushy guy at the counter — Arsenio — who kept yelling, «What do you have to say, man? What do you have to say?» I ordered a double-patty burger combo, we got our number, sat down and waited And waited. And waited. And watched a cop pace around the restaurant. So I pop into the restroom to find a homeless guy taking a sink bath. I back out and wait for him to finish. And 15 minutes later, we were given our bags of food. No one showed up with the condiment tray, so no ketchup for the fries. But the biggest disappointment was that after such a long wait, one bite and we found our burgers were cold. I guess you get what get when you want to eat late!

It’s quiet here, but the joint doesn’t have wifi. The cashier was training someone at the register, but it didn’t delay me too much. I received a coupon for a free buffalo sandwich so I said what the hell and swung through. I’ve been waiting on my food for about 10 minutes, apparently someone dropped the ball on the chicken tenders. The manager was nice enough to come offer me an apple pie for the inconvenience of the delayed time. Their operation is not the most efficient I’ve seen. It might be called fast food, but you should come with expectations of pretty slow food at best. UPDATED: Fries were hot and fresh, everything else had me questioning my sanity for even going to whataburger. What you see in the pic is all I could muster. The rest went in the trash.

I’ll be honest: I took Whataburger for granted when I lived in Texas. Now that I only get the opportunity to enjoy this fine Texas treasure when visiting, I have learned to savor my Whataburger favorites: Sausage breakfast taquitos(really more just breakfast burritos — they use an 8-inch flour tortilla and do a fully-enclosed wrapping), biscuit and gravy, or if it’s not breakfast menu time(11P-11A), then I’ll go with chicken strips and gravy or the always delicious Whataburger with cheese… although it’s been a year or 2 since I’ve had the standard fare Whataburger, because they seem to always have a great specialty burger on menu(some Texas theme like Texas Roadhouse Burger) that catches my fancy. I come to Texas every Christmas and summer to see family, and this location is closest to the in-laws house where I stay, I’ll keep coming back until the cows come home.

Nice! Definitely better than MCD, BK, AND Wendy’s! Will come back next time I’m in town.

I’m sure the food is fine, but I sure haven’t tried it at this restaurant quite yet. Why? Because every time I get in the drive-thru I have to leave after placing my order because the rude and incompetent employees don’t know how to get food out in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve never in my life left the drive-thru after placing an order… I guess there is a first for everything.

So I always had a good experience. But now it’s bad service, no one smiles and the food is poorly done. It’s like they just throw the stuff in the bread. The employees in brown uniform which suppose to be higher position are the worse with bad attitude.

Just wanted to compliment Mike who was taking orders today. Extremely polite. Not used to going through fast food drive thrus and hearing someone be that professional. Thank you! Give him a raise. :)

Super-Duper SLOW service, but they always get my order Right… just take Forever doing it. The food is always Great & consistent with Whataburger standards, just really Slow Service. Words to the Wise: Avoid going here for Lunch if you’re in a rush… you Will wait forever and leave feeling pissed. Come here if you have Lots of Time to kill. Management needs to work on making the restaurant run more efficiently.

Having lived in Texas most of my life, and being a burger addict, I have eaten at more than my share of Whataburger outlets. They are generally dependable, reliable Texas style burgers. Nothing fancy, but big, hot, and made custom to order. I have been to this location a half dozen or so times and have been disappointed half the time. My last bad experience involved an order that took way too long to arrive at my table despite a relatively empty restaurant, and an the ice cold burger that was delivered. I took one bite and actually worried that the meat(barely room temp) had been sitting outside the sanitary temp guidelines for too long. Question 1: Why would Whataburger put such an item in front of a customer? Question 2: Why would an order that took an inordinately long time to get to the table be cold in the first place? The only answer is that this place has management problems. In my case, I didnt have time to deal with getting the order correct so I left eh sandwich on the table and left. Never to return I suppose.

I’ve been going to this whataburger for many years and its alway clean and fast. The cashiers vary from season to season, depending on the help at the time. Overall, this is one of the better stores I’ve frequented over the years.

The hottest & freshest grilled chicken sandwich that I’ve ever received at a Whataburger. That said — the order was wrong. I did not get everything I ordered. On the bright side — I was actually charged for what they gave me rather than the more expensive order that I actually made. All in all — it’s a Whataburger, right?

Your favorite drunken night snack stop ! Well other than Taco Cabana that is. This location can be difficult at times mostly during the normal Austin traffic hours or in the wee hours of the morning. Service is fast at times, there is always that someone who orders chicken tenders which holds up the line. No names(Yes Me).

Crazy employees Saturday 3⁄3. This establishment should be ashamed of itself today. I enjoy Whataburger and am going to continue to enjoy it. This won’t be the location I return to though. And if you’re wondering I was the one honking my horn. I was expressing my frustration for the other customers in line as well.

They mess up orders often. I hate onions and the are too lazy to check my order and I come home with onions. They are not the cleanest. Usually the fries are cold.
