Wingstop is my jam. For watching sports at home, you can pay online, pick up your order, no big deal. The wings are definitely top three in Austin, and there is a wide variety of different options. Boom. Wings. Yes.
However, they do seem to get very overwhelmed. Sometimes there will be a very long line to pick up an order. Sometimes they mess up orders. They definitely are too small of an establishment to handle the amount of people they serve — so keep that in mind, if you’re a very picky, impatient person, I suggest not going here to pick up wings 15 min before Monday night football starts.
But the food is good. And the staff is friendly. What more could you want from a wing stop really.

This place needs to expand. It is always so packed and I have to add 10 min from the time they say that the order will be ready.
Great wing and worth the wait. I always order online and have never been disappointed.

Anthony there is a huge tool. Walked in and he was very flippant and disrespectful to myself and other guests. If you hate your job that much then you should find other employment. Very annoyed. Will be complaining to wingstop corporate. Love wingstop but not the staff here.

I tried calling to place a order for pick up and i was placed on hold for 7:20 minutes before the call hung up, so i called again and i was told that there was 1 customer ahead of me, so again i waited, but this time i waited for 8 minutes then again they hung up. So i tried calling back for the 3rd time but got the busy tone … There service sucks, not professional at all …

This review is primarily for the staff. It was a great experience from beginning to end with attentive staff interacting with all of the customers. The wait was a little long, but it was busy and the food was worth it. Thank you for providing such great customer service even on a busy night! We will definitely be back.

First time there — bad customer service and long wait times for bad food.
— Counter person unconcerned about explaining menu items
— must pay extra for sauces when ordering wings only
— wings were @ one dollar a piece, looked like frozen wings from Costco
— 30 minute wait time for two simple to go orders
— chicken was dry, tough and very salty
Sorry, won’t be going back.

Having been to numerous wing stop’s I know what to expect & I get it every time! They just added a Serrano glacé to the wing sauce and it’s excellent! Eli was taking my order and has beyond excellent customer service skills. He was beyond friendly and extremely respectfully. Just when I thought the basic customer service skills that your taught were abandoned, Eli shows me that have yet to disappear. Being an Iraq veteran, I didn’t know this whole time they appreciated those that have served! Now I know, which only guarantees I’ll be back at this location a few thousand more times. Please try the lemon pepper & Louisiana rub! Dam good & wash it down with a nice cold corona beer!

So I wanted some chicken and seeing that everything else was closed, I told my boyfriend to get me four strips of chicken, regular, no sauce. When he comes back with my food, I was excited to eat the strips and opened the box to four pieces… One big, one medium, and two practically-​nothing-​strips. Not to mention, two was burned on the outside.
Seeing that Wingstop usually never disappoints me, it shows that the employees on May 31, 2015 working the late night shift, have no regard for their customers satisfaction.
I will never return here again.

Literally sitting here right now. Been sitting here for an hour. Meaning, I ordered online an hour ago, and still no food. It’s not particularly busy. No one has said anything to me.
Since this is a chain, the review of the food is almost irrelevant. It’s good. My order is always right. It tastes like every Wing Stop.
But this wait is ridiculous. I wish I could say it was my first time waiting this long, but sadly, it’s not. So I’m reviewing the restaurant. And the way they scream, «Welcome to Wingstop» as soon as the door cracks annoys me. But maybe it only annoys me because I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes!

This place is awesome. The wings are great, The wait isn’t very long, and the staff are always in a good mood. They seem to really enjoy working here which makes my visits very pleasant. Always look forward to eating from here. Be sure to check in for the free fries!

This is for the staff! You guys are so damn nice and friendly! I’m greeted as soon as I walk in, with a friendly smile. From that moment on, you guys are still smiling and take care of me! I don’t eat chicken, but I love the fries and all the dipping sauces/​wing sauces. I usually order my fries and pay online and you guys make sure my fries are made right when I get there so they aren’t cold. Seriously, this staff is amazing. I always feel welcomed!

Really awesome staff… I moved here to Austin about 8 months ago & have been coming here to this wing stop since then & I think the black guy here may b the manager anyways he’s always so nice & upbeat… not to mention the wings are the beeeesst!!! I love wing stop wings over any place else …

CLEAN MORE!!! the 1st time everything was awsome, 2nd time it looked like a dumpster exploded, i went back a few more times and i can tell you it truly depends on who is working. its a mess then almost clean the next time the food is ok and its a small place the employees should have no problem cleaning but some of the higher ups clearly do

This wing stop located in south Austin has it all. In terms of wings of course.
On every first Wednesday, this place has a drawing and you’re guaranteed to win something. I randomly went to get some wings here a couple of months ago and I drew a raffle for 30 wings.
I’m not sure if you understand what I just wrote, so I’ll break it down:
— 30 free wings is equivalent to some money.
— this is free for you. You just pick a piece of paper out of the hat. It’s free.
— you don’t give them your address, phone number or first child. It’s free.

The staff here is way too nice that it scares me. Every time I go into this wing stop, I’m scared for my life because of the niceness going around.
The food is good and how can you go wrong with wings? Just come here with your friends and order 100 wings. It hurts later but it hurts so good.
Also parking is almost infinite. It’s in a shopping pavilion.

Picked up a to-​go order of wings before the Dallas vs. Green Bay game. This was my second time getting wings from here. Had the spicy buffalo and garlic parmesan and they were tasty. The wings met expectations, they didn’t floor me but were up to par. I had to drop a star because my order sat there until a manager came over and asked us what we ordered and then he grabbed our order that had been sitting. In a pinch I’ll probably call in a pick up order…

I went in Sunday and the quality of my food was not what I am use to from this location. I wrote an email and the manager at the store emailed me back the same day. She apologized for my experience and even offer me two free meals as a way to say she was sorry. The reason I took away a star was cause of the expereice Sunday, but I feel this is one of the better wing places in S.Austin. Will be going back in hopes they are on point this time.

This isn’t your average Wingstop. The staff is the friendliest Wingstop staff I have ever come across. From the time you walk in to when you leave, the employees are always smiling!

Love this place. Great wings and sauces, best fries in the world and always great friendly service! The Wingstop on riverside drive Austin doesn’t do refills though.
