My daughter is on her third session here. She LOVES it. Not only is it great exercise, but she has a feeling of accomplishment as she masters yoga poses in the hammock. She learns ways to manage her emotions (sometimes a challenge for her) and learns growth mindset. She brings back great ideas that she puts into practice in her everyday life from each week! The teachers are loving and engaging. I just can’t say enough. We highly recommend!

My 9 year old loves her class so much that we’ve had to sign up her little sister for the next session too. She’s learning so much, about the strength of her body and her mind. She’s convinced me to buy a yoga hammock for our home… because I see how happy and calm it makes her. Great for kids with sensory issues, but also great for any kid who likes to climb and be upside down! Lindsey is an amazing teacher. So happy she opened her little studio.

The kids flipped when they first saw the classroom — the sight of it alone is so much fun! It’s like an otherworldly bright blue jungle, perfect for adventures in flying. With a little of Lindsey’s guidance, our 6-​year-​old son quickly learned to turn upside-​down and climb into all kinds of positions. Terrific way to invest his ample energy. Even our daughter, barely 3 years old, could enjoy the hammocks. And of course we adults find them amazing. The entire experience is amazing. Lindsey is a pioneer in the area of aerial yoga therapy, and our family feels fortunate to have her here in Austin. The teacher is a star, and her studio is stellar.

I can’t believe that I haven’t written a review for Lindsey yet. My son started taking private classes with Lindsey when he was 4 years old and now he is in the Creative Movement class for kindergarteners. We LOVE Lindsey. I have a very active, little boy and the aerial yoga class is the highlight of his week. Lindsey’s expertise as an OT, yoga instructor and mom shines through in her classes. I love that he is increasing his strength in class and is also learning about mindfulness and body awareness. We have one of Lindsey’s hammocks at home too and my son loves to show off all the new poses he is learning. We don’t commit to many after school activities and I typically wouldn’t pick an activity that was very far from our house, but we live far from Lindsey’s studio and brave the rush hour traffic getting home each week because Lindsey is so amazing.

Finding Yogapeutics was the best thing that we did. My 10 year old boy is not into team sports and has high anxiety. Yogapeutics is the only thing he doesn’t complain about having to go to, and will remind me every Tuesday he has yoga and gets ready to go without me asking him to get ready. It calms him down, it builds his strength and Lindsey is just amazing. The best thing we have done for our son.

Lindsey did a great job working with me to set up a private session for my wife (yes, she does adult instruction too!) as well as making a hammock for a Christmas present. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the class and had nothing but great things to say about Lindsey and the entire experience. I HIGHLY recommend Yogapeutics!!!
