This review comes after 8 years of experience with this particular Kays. I have nothing but great things to say about this Kay. My husband bought both our bands and my engagement ring along with the lifetime warranty. Every year I send my ring to get rhodium plated and inspected. I get back a brand new looking ring and don’t pay a dime. Absolutely no complaints with consistently good customer service.
