This is place is messed up on soooo many levels, I can write an entire essay. But I’ll keep it simple, and stick to one topic; customer service. Want someone to help you find something? NOPE, ain’t gonna happen(if u can even find someone there). Checking out is a mission. Only 2 registers open out of 8 and the lines are huge. They will hire anyone as a cashier. No greeting, no «hi, how are you?» I was standing in from of this cashier named«WENDY» that was sporting a disheveled unkept head of ridiculous looking Ronald McDonald red hair. She was on Facebook on her cel for about 45 seconds before she even acknowledged me standing in from of her rang me up And threw the change on the counter… and then yelled next. Third world country style super market.

This place is ridiculously dirty, overpriced, old and neglected. The products that they sell usually are expired, spoiled or not fresh. In addition to that the whole area around the market is very dirty. Their customers spread all kinds of garbage and the staff don‘t bother to clean up. This store is in my neighborhood and I would love to shop there but it‘s just impossible having in mind what they offer.

Don’t ever order from this place. It is just so customer unfriendly. This weekend due to the snow my family was unable to come. I called at 9 am to reduce my order. They were rude and said they can not do it, it’s too small and it’s on the truck and packed. Do you realize I received it after 3 pm. So either it sat on the truck, which would make it oh so spoilt or they simply want to rip you off. Just go elsewhere

Tried many times to love this place but it just isn’t happening 3 times in one week I have encountered super less than fresh products. I bought a pack of baby chicken kabobs and opened the package and they were pure slime! I bought teriyaki sauce under the wrapping it was oozing and old, bought a bag if snacks looked down and the kosher for Passover label had been removed with scissors to make it look fresh. This was just on one week! The upside well I can’t really find one. So disappointed so much potential and they totally fail.

Extremely overpriced, cooked foods are not fresh, nor appetizing. Fresh fish is not fresh and chicken always has feathers, something we don’t expect for these prices. Pizza station takes forever and the pizza is terrible. I would not recommend this place unless one has no options on Kosher.

This place is completely unethical and deserves to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This place is a disgusting representation of the entitled population of Aventura. The only reason I go here is once a year for passover to buy a whole brisket. This year it wasn’t even worth it because they didn’t even have one. Every year I have been going here to buy the brisket and every year they have let me use a check. This year there was a woman in front of who they allowed to use a check because they came in «every week» and the people didn’t recognize us. So they didn’t «take checks» from us but from that lady and then the deli counter guy who I believe was a manager called me a liar in front of their population saying they had never taken checks. From what I understand it was taken over by new management but they are rude and a deserve a lesson in customer service and business. Unfortunately, they will never get one because they have a captive audience of people who keep kosher in Aventura and thus are forced to go to this store. If you look at the«good» reviews of this place you will notice they are mostly from people with very little review history. If you look at mine you will see I very rarely give one star and only where its deserved. Trust me I would give this place no stars if I could you are better off going ANYWHERE and I mean ANYWHERE on 41rst street and ordering the whole brisket ahead of time rather than dealing with the incompetent, rude, and unethical customer service staff here. Also, they do actually do what the other review was saying marking something as «halfl-off» and ten claiming they made a «mistake» at the register and never actually accepting responsibility for the mistake but forcing the customer to pay the price. STAYAWAY. You as the customer deserve much better treatment. Even Kosher Kingdom is better than here from a customer service standpoint. The old management wasn’t much better from the competency standpoint but a whole better on the manners not being rude standpoint. The food is expensive there and not of that great of quality so I don’t need to get a side dish of obnoxiousness when purchasing my food.

Kind of a low quality grocery store. Poor lighting, pricey and snotty staff. I will say the only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because I got the cooked salmon from the deli/ready foods area and it was quite nice. But just to get that piece of salmon was like pulling teeth. Not worth the time or the money. I’ll stick with more reputable stores for my shopping needs.

The times I have visited Sarah’s Tent has been for tobacco for the shisha; living near by makes it very convenient for a quick drive or walk to the Tent. While I have not come in and experienced a full day of shopping at Sarah’s; if I need a quick pit stuff for something specific, it works wonders.

This Kosher grocery store in The Shoppes at the Waterways is slightly bigger than the ones I’ve seen in North Miami Beach, and also the best looking. Additionally, it’s cheaper than The Kosher World. But what really gives this place 5 stars is that they had the best sufganiyah(Kosher Hannukah doughnuts stuffed with strawberry preserves) I’ve had yet to date! It’s definitely a worthy foodie find — and unfortunately only available during Hannukah throughout the year. Sofgania in many places throughout South Florida taste like doughnuts. Sarah’s Tent’s sofgania though was a major step up in quality — in its preserves and in flavor. It tasted more like New Orlean’s beignets, but stuffed with good strawberry preserves. Definitely a must-try! I drooled and craved for more after one bite even though I was stuffed to the brim from having dinner and desserts(yes, other desserts) before coming here. Of course, sorry about talking about this now… since you’ll have to wait until next year! NOTE: Good veggie soup if you’re sick.
