I love Steve Madden Shoes, and Ive always been satisfied, besides this one time but now Im really disappointed. Ive purchased these great flats about 3 months ago and they start to fall apart. They look horrible and I actually can’t wear them anymore. I went to the store and asked if they have the parts that are falling apart so I could glue them, I didn’t even ask for an exchange of the shoe. The 2 girls at the cashier were shocked when they saw my shoe and wanted to replace it for me, but unfortunately it was out of stock. THEN another Lady came and said: Sorry but you obviously wore them already we can’t help you.
OF COURSE I wore them, but should a shoe with that price and supposedly good quality fall apart after 3 months (regular usage)? I don’t think so!
I was about to buy another shoe that is very similar to the one I bought before, but thats not happening anymore. I can’t buy shoes for that price if they fall apart so quickly…

This store is ok. Bad service they took about 20 minuets to get my shoes out. The shoes are pretty. But the shoes are very uncomfortable. Don’t come here if u don’t like to wait long

Steve Madden… ours is a complicated relationship.
I love you, your looks, your prices, your sales… everything but the quality of your shoes!
I almost always shopped at Steve Madden for shoes, exclusively. They are trendy and comfortable. What more can you ask for? However, my shoes kept falling apart.
At first, I thought it was the cork wedges I had. I tried to rationalize it, «Emily, the cork expands. Maybe you shouldn’t purchase cork wedges». Then, I had a pair of pumps. They heel came off! I only had them for a month!!! Again, I tried to rationalize it… I love me my Steve Maddens! IT HAPPENED AGAIN… this time with another set of pumps! I said NO MORE! I’m sorry Stevie… I can’t do this anymore… It’s you and not me!
So, it is with sadness, I must bid you adieu! I will not be making any more purchases from you! Good day!
