We went for our valentines and anniversary lunch on Sat, 2−13−16.Service was going great, till I said I would like french fries as a side. Instead of rice. With the $ 16.75.meal
we eat there and order the same meal a few times every month. This was all our waiters
I went to find the manager. And he said no problem. I hope they train there employees about proper customer service in the future. Bad ending to what could have been a good night.

Excellent customer service with little to no wait! Took my family out to eat to celebrate a birthday. Worth your while!

Came in on Jan 25 2016 around 8pm the manager was very rough on us we were a party of 10 told us 3 hrs wait then we told him to spread us out he sedan no way. If this is service that I don’t knew what to say

I love their avocado spring rolls and the wheat bread they serve fresh without charge. I also recommend the passion fruit iced tea and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake, just delicious!!!

We just have another great dinner here with the family, thanks to our waiter Cris ! Salmon and shrimp scampi are the best ! Of course the cheesecake too !

I was just at the cheesecake factory and a ROACH that’s right a dirty filthy ROACH walked across my table, and the server wanted to give me a piece of cheesecake to make up for the filth. I will never come to your dirty establishment again. The Aventura Cheesecake factory now has ROACHES walking across the tables.

Every time I go to the aventura mall I stop by this place and get a peace of cake to go, I never stayed for eating but looks good, I’m not a cake fan but I’m starting to be so definitely recommended

Disappointed… quality of the food and size of the dishes has suffered.
Gumbo, tiny rubbery shimps is a river of watery salty sauce around a tower of sticky smuchy and flavorless rice.
The black bread was awesome :)

Soy glazed edamame with little pieces of caramelized ginger is a must try !
This place is always consistent and always good for lunch.

So far before we sat down the hostess was rude and did not look up from whatever she was doing to address us. The seating was relatively quick. The waitress was slow, totally ignored us, unless we literally had to look for her. She brought us what is us cold and hard bread which is usually hot and fresh. She began to walk away without taking our order
Smh. Plus we had to get another hostess to get someone else to take our order. When we finally ordered andreceived it she handed me the hot plate and ran off.
Never again will we waste or time and money at this location. This is the first cheesecake factory we have ever had such horrible service. We always find one when we are out of town but not this one ever again. The two stars are for the food only.

Had the vegetable salad and Kobe burger. Both very enjoyable.
Service was great, even though it was after 10pm.
Tried the Oreo cheesecake … Great pallet cleanser to end the meal.
The waiter took 25 minutes to bring change to my bill.

Food is always delicious! I always stick to the chicken madeira. The chicken is soft and juicy, the sauce is incredibly flavorful. Love this place (:

Mussten nur 10 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Bedienung war nur Scheinheilig freundlich, als wir lediglich nur ein Stück Cheesecake bestellt haben war er nicht mehr überschwänglich nett. Kuchen war wie immer nicht zu schaffen, extrem süß aber dennoch super lecker. Wir hatten key lime wirklich zu empfehlen und Oreo Dream.
Essen dort ist ansonsten großartig aber die Preise mit 8 Dollar pro Stück Kuchen, völlig überzogen.

The worst service ever we were waiting for an hour and fifteen min as been told then got an answer that it will take another 2 hours without even a small «sorry»

The strongest happy hour in the mall. Also the most bang for your buck.
Either come with friends and split several appetizers weighing in at $ 5.50 or crush their skinny cocktails that don’t skip on the bite and cost the same. I prefer a little of both. Bartenders close to excellent on mixing their various combinations of moonstone and long islands.
I appreciate the bread regardless of solo dining or not. I’ve been here 30+ times now and can only remember two times when I’ve felt a little bothered by their service. Their items on the happy hour menu are still big for the costs and I find myself taking some home often. All in all you can get a little buzz and food in you for under $ 20 which is always good feeling.
Regular hours are pretty good too, but this is strictly a Bar review in my eyes.

I had a great experience here. We were seated right away. We had a really awesome server who had a great understanding of the menu. She was super friendly and made conversation (but not too much lol). She helped me make my own concoction of my food.
I had been to another Cheesecake Factory previously and remembered having some kind of pasta with pink sauce. I described the dish to her, and she said that they don’t really have an item on the menu that has «pink sauce». She recommended something that a lot of other people have ordered, which is a combination sauce made out of alfredo sauce and marinara sauce. This was a perfect mixture and fulfilled my craving for what I was wanting. She made sure that I was happy with the food that she helped me create. The lemon drop drink was very good. The bread was good as always. The mac and cheese balls appetizer is also always delicious.

Every time I am at Aventura mall, I eat here. The place is always busy, and the waiting time could be really ugly during eating hours, and the waiters /​waitresses are all working really hard but still not be able to serve everyone in a timely manner since each is serving way too many tables. But those cakes!!! Also food here is decent for restaurants in a mall, and the selection is huge. But if you are in a big shopping mission, and you are running out of time, skip the place since it easily takes two hours away due to the lack in waiters/​tresses. But again, those cakes!!! ⁷⁵⁄₁₀₀.

Always enjoy the atmosphere and food!
What’s not to like about a place that has so many varieties of cheesecake.
The brown oat bread is amazing!
Also, you should definitely try the sliders! Very tasty bun with just the right amount of burger.
Service at the bar is always fast and friendly!

I’ve been to this particular Cheesecake Factory numerous times through out the years and it hasn’t really changed. In relation to where this restaurant is located it is a part of Aventura Mall at the southern east mall entrance between Sears and Bloomingdale’s.
There is an entrance also from inside the mall beside Trattoria Rosalia’s not far from the Apple Store and the 8 star pointed fountain.
While the service at the Cheesecake Factory always seems to be good there are some things here that could use improvement. The outdoor seating for example, when it rains there are a lot of seats available but some seem to get slightly wet. If they could do a better job covering those tables perhaps they would be able to be used all the time. There are fans above the covered area so I’m guessing they don’t want those to get wet considering they use electricity. Somehow, perhaps protect those tables from getting wet so they aren’t left idle and more people can use them.
Another issue is the inside waiting space. It’s very small, the bar is also very small compared to other Cheesecake factories I’ve been to. Lots of people are willing to wait for tables to eat at this place. There really needs to be some more accommodation for them somehow so they aren’t all cramped in that dim area.
The bar being small is sort of closed off from the waiting area and other areas have glass partitions. This particular restaurant just seems more closed off than others we’ve been to. I get that you want privacy but this Cheesecake Factory just seems cramped. I don’t necessarily get the same feeling from say the one at Cocowalk.
The food is the same here as it is at the other Cheesecake Factories I’ve been to which means it’s good food, big portions and large everything except for space on the table.
One piece of advice, don’t eat the bread. You’re going to most likely get full off just your main dish so apps are also a trap. Don’t eat bread or apps if you want cheesecake for dessert but don’t forget you can always take your food home with you too.
One more thing, this place can get pretty stuffy inside at times. It’s almost like the AC can’t keep up with all the people generating heat in this place. I changed my table from first available to inside just because it was way too humid outside to enjoy dinner.

3.5: you know how, when you order a pizza with more than 2 people, nobody can agree on the toppings? That’s where a place like CF comes in: there’s something for everyone, because the menu is huge (as are the portions).
It’s funny that a place with a name focusing on dessert (cheesecake), serves food in such large sizes that you are nearly certain NOT to have room for dessert. Even if you share, it seems any cheesecake you order will be «to go».
Food snobs would not even stoop to review a chain restaurant, but I live in Aventura (basically), and I feel a civic duty to tourists to paint a full picture of my home turf. And CF is really not that bad. There is variety, value (items are not cheap, but big — lending easily to sharing or a second leftover meal), it’s good for families, it’s in a mall (you’ll be there anyway, so if you want something a step up from food court…), and it’s worth a try if you are a tourist from a place that doesn’t have an outpost (I’m thinking here of my fellow Canadians).
I say 3.5 because I think it has more appeal than next door «Grill on the Alley» for the reasons in the previous paragraph. I also think it is a slight step up from sister restaurant «Grand Luxe Café» (same ownership, also with an outpost at Aventura Mall), which has a less interesting menu.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my all time can’t go wrong favorites!!! The food is delicious and the portions are extremely generous: D
My favorites here are:
— their complimentary fresh bread assortments with butter
— the orange peel chicken
— the chicken Marsala
— crispy crab cake bites
They offer a great variety in their menu and most places are conveniently located near shops, malls, and movies: P
And last but not least, they have the BEST cheesecakes and cheesecake variety ever!!!
Tip: if you are a tourist this place is an american staple you must try! Definitely an experience you won’t regret ;)

Wer noch nie hier war, hat echt was verpasst, bekannt ist die @Cheesecake Factory auch aus «the Big Bang theory».
Nun die Inneneinrichtung sieht aber ganz anders aus als in der Serie. Nur das ihr nicht enttäuscht seid. In diesem Lokal findet ihr schöné Tische innen und aussen, wenn das Wetter stimmt (was es meistens tut) empfehle ich draussen zu sitzen. Das Ambiente ist angenehmen drinnen dominieren warme Farben, kuschelige Sitzecken oder auch ganz normale Tische. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Sie stellen sich immer vor, und erklären den Tagestipp — ah ja, wenn du reinkommst wirst du immer an einen Platz gewiesen.
Nun aber zum besten Teil: Die Burger! Ja ich weiss es ist die Cheesecake Factory. Aber die haben meiner Meinung nach die besten Burger. Unbedingt zu kosten gibt es den Smokehouse BBQ Burger mit der extra BBQ Ranger Sauce. Das können die Amerikaner… BBQ. Sie haben auch Fisch, Vegi, Mexikanisch und grosse Salate auf der Menükarte. Ach ja Mexikanisch, die Tacos sind der Hammer! Kommen wir zu den Cheesecakes, ich weiss echt nicht was ich schreiben soll, HAMMER, es hat ca. 25 verschiedene Sorten und dann immer saisonale köstlichkeiten. Aber ein wort zur vorsicht, sie machen Süchtig. Kalorienbombe inklu. Sie haben sogar eine zusätzliche Karte names: «skinnylicious» hier bekommt eine grosse Auswahl an kleineren leichten Menus, z.B. Auch Vegie-​Burger, nun ja wer das Mag ;)
Wie bereits zu beginn erwähnt, du musst hier unbeding rein! The Place to be! Ich bekomm gleich wieder Hunger.
Am Abend an der Bar gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an drinks und snaks. Von 4 — 6 Uhr ist dann auch noch HappyHour, für die hälfte des preises…
Tipp: Probier unbedingt den Oreo-​Cheesecake der Brüller!

Oha, wir hatten uns etwas vollkommen anderes unter der Cheescake Factory vorgestellt.
Wir dachten an ein gemütliches Café und an eine stressfreie Stunde.
Dessen ist hier aber absolut nicht möglich. Es gibt alles mögliche an Fast-​Food (oder behauptet jemand etwas anderes)???
Hier wird fast überall das selbe angeboten, Chicken so, Burger so, Pasta mal so,…
Jedenfalls aßen wir ZUSAMMEN einen Salat mit Chicken (wenn de scho mol da bisch“schwäbische Mundart”) das Essen hätte für drei Personen gereicht. War lecker, aber Mega fettig. Danach gab es noch einen Original Cheescake :):).
Der war sehr lecker.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, es fällt mir irgendwie schwer diesen Review zu schreiben. Ich, als Schweizer Tourist in Amerika, liebe die Cheesecake Factory. Es sind viele Faktoren die da reinspielen, mir passt’s einfach. Natürlich, es ist nicht Gourmetessen aber besser als vieles was ich in den Staaten so probiert habe.
Doch dieser Besuch in der Aventura Mall in Florida hat das gute Image ein wenig getrübt. Die Wartezeit war zwar nicht so hoch, aber die Bedienung (en) war oberlausig. Zwar sehr freundlich, bzw. lustig oder eher scherzkeksig. Dafür aber langsam, demotiviert und vergesslich. Vielleicht lag es daran dass wir eine Gruppe von fünf Personen waren und sie dann das Trinkgeld automatisch auf die Rechnung draufknallen. Naja, wie auch immer.
Auch die Qualität des Essens ist nicht dieselbe wie ich sie von so vielen anderen Cheesecake Factories kenne. Ich war danach etwas enttäuscht. Aber da muss ich ja nicht mehr hingehen.
