I had dinner and dessert. I had 3 appetizers for 12.50, a house salad, wonton chick tacos and the spinach artichoke dip. It was all good. My waitress did a good job. I was there for an early dinner, no one was in the place so it was quiet.

Price is cool(franchise standard) but it’s always the worst service ie: bringing order out wrong, always super slow service no matter how busy they are.

I went here with my sister, as she isn’t exactly the adventurous type. It’s the normal Applebee’s experience here. Ok food at an ok price. Our waitress was good and kept up on drinks and whatnot. The place was clean and looked like every other Applebee’s. No complaints because hey, it’s Applebee’s.

Stacey was my waitress and she was pretty awesome. Our food was perfect and let me just say this place was the friendliest place Ive been to in quite some time. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends. But we are out of towners. On our list to come back to when in town though

Service at this location is always poor. The Applebee’s on Washington provides better service. The food at the Rockville location is hot or miss. I try to avoid the Rockville road location.

Great food and friendly staff. Was on my way through town and the store manager had no problem sparking up a conversation with me.

Terrible experience today. The slow service at the beginning even though it was almost empty did not bother me as much as the server forgetting my order 3 times. Even after telling the server my order two times the wrong order was brought out by another server, when ours came back she said«oh she told me about the shrimp/wings mix up» then asked me the same questions she asked the previous 2 times again forgetting my order. No apologies given, by the time my food came my partner had already eaten all of his. The service in my opinion was terrible, I was not looking for anything free or any type of discount but if you forget someone’s order multiple times, bring out the wrong food, then I at least hope for an apology. Instead blame was placed elsewhere and when I got my food I was told that the cook wanted me to know she made my food with love… why would I care if the cook made my food with love? The cook did not forget my order the server did. Will seriously be reconsidering coming to this location. I only gave a 2 because the food is consistently good.

Pretty good crowd. Seated quickly. Waited about half hour for food. My bourbon steak was sizzling. The wife’s ribs were cold. Salads came out before drinks(adult) manager apologized profusely. Not a happy experience. Don’t usually eat applebees, now I remember why. Server Wade was good deserve more stars but food was far too disappointing. Update Comped the bill including a beer and cocktails. Didn’t catch managers name.

The only reason this is getting a two star is because of the waitress. Half of the food was so overly salted that someone with no issues could have a heart attack or something after eating the food. Over all the worst part is when I was served a raw hamburger. I asked for it to be well done. I cut in to it and it was still pink so I sent it back to be cooked longer. But when I got it back and took a bite out of it the sides I had cut in half where raw. Talked to the manager and didn’t have to pay for my raw meat :/but he had no concern over that I was served raw meat. I know some people like a little pink in a burger but I’m not talking about a little pink it was RAW! I’m going to stick with the Applebee’s a little closer to me next time.

Ok so I have not been a fan of Applebee’s for a while, but with these commercials they keep running they had my mouth watering one of their burgers. So we went Last night Friday, it was around 630pm just starting to get busy, the manager on duty met us at the door and asked were we over 21 so i knew where this was going, just because two males come through the door doesn’t mean you should not ask them do they prefer to sit in the dining room or the bar. We let him seat us in the bar though and service was great. we ordered one of those ultimate trios and honestly that is way more than an appetizer i was pretty full after that. I like those steak Quesadilla towers. it was a little soggy and i am pretty sure that was from grease but i ate it anyway because it was so good. Burger came and i had ordered a loaded baked potato as my side. There were literally like 5 little pieces of bacon on there and they had already charged me 1.29 to upgrade. So I said something to the server and she brought me some bacon and it was heaven and went well with my double bacon burger or whatever they call it. they say that there is bacon inside the meat but i did not taste that but their bacon is really good. and i love bacon. everything was cooked perfectly, again my burger was on the greasy side. but it was really tasty. I would have gave them another star but the grease was a bit of an overkill. And don’t profile your customers, give them a choice of where they sit.

We went there last night for dinner. We had to wait to be seated, the only bad thing was. We saw 10 tables available, which it didn’t make sense. Some of the servers were standing around. Once we got seated, we waited few more minutes before he came and got our drink order. We also placed our food order. The funny thing was that we got our appetizers before we got our drinks. It was not very organized. However, I do want to say that the appetizers and our bourbon street steaks was pretty good.

Pretty standard food — and it is consistent so that is a good thing. It doesn’t matter where you sit the service is good. The late night appetizer deal is great. Sit at the bar for good conversation with Rachel, go in once and she remembers who you are.

After 9 pm Applebees is my favorite place to eat and drink at. You can’t beat the half priced appetizers and $ 3 drinks. It’s not ever very packed but I do believe it’s a diamond in the rough.

Had dinner with my fiancée and two step sons. My fish and chips was ‘very’ over-cooked, dry & absolutely tasteless. My 5-year-old’s burgers were overcooked, and the wait staff made loud mocking fun of my fiancée when she accidentally spilled some of her pepsi. The waiter for our table was ‘very’ over-friendly, coming across more as s sleezy used car salesman than a waiter. ‘Very’ disappointed for a $ 50 total. We will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Food was average but the main thing that killed the entire experience was the SLOW service. The place was not even crowded and it took forever to get any of our food. This was a kitchen issue since the waiter was always checking and refilling our drinks. I had to tip according to his attention, no getting the food.

My husband and I ate at applebees avon and had a wonderful time. We had a very nice waitress named Monica, who has a beautiful heart and hair. We learned that she donates her hair to locks of love and that makes her an awesome person as well. We had great service and friendly people asking us to let them know if we needed anything. We would definitely come back to this location again. Thank you. Mike and Tammy

My dad loves this Applebee’s. So, against my better judgement but to make my dear old dad happy, we went to the Avon Applebee’s tonight for dinner. There really isn’t anything negative that I can say about tonight’s dining experience. The restaurant was quite neat and spotless, actually squeaky clean. The service was really good. We were greated upon entering and had the door held open for us, we were promptly seated and told the name of our server-to-be, our server was friendly, helpful and courteous. Our food arrived pretty quickly and we both enjoyed our sandwich orders and the french fry sides. My dad’s burger with bacon, pepper jack cheese and a chipotle sauce really looked good. I have always been disappointed with chain restaurant burgers but I would definitely give this one a try. My sandwich of slow roasted shredded beef with jalapeño cole slaw and fried onion strings/straws(?) was pretty tasty but I wish I’d ordered the bbq sauce on the side because it was a little overpowering. In conclusion, this Applebee’s is pretty decent for a chain restaurant. Tip: The $ 3.29 house margarita served in a tall beer glass isn’t too shabby for a daily drink special.
