Placed a pick-up order and when I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told it would be just a few minutes. 10 minutes after that, I was asked what my order was again. It turns out, they had not even started my order! After having wasted too much of my time, I left! Terrible customer service.

I did the lunch special and got a slice of pizza, three breadsticks, and a drink all for around $ 6! The breadsticks are soft and delicious! They are cooked just right and not too crunchy. I could have eaten them for days! The pizza was fine. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. I thought the lunch special was a good value and will be returning.

Terrible customer service from the manager! I guess he forgot«the customer is always right!» He’s hung up on me and was very rude. He argues over a LOGICAl question and made it WAY more complicated than it needed to be. He lost me as a customer. I will write more later. I WILL never give this place my business after being so-o rudely treated by the manager!

The pizza tastes great, and the employees are very polite. I would say more, but what else is there to say?

Being from Chicago, pizza is almost a religion to me. Unfortunately, Chicago’s Pizza does not do their namesake a good service. The crust is only so-so, sauce tends to the sweet/tomato side by my taste, and other pizza locations in the area have a better selection and quality of toppings. Short answer: buy a frozen pizza and some extra toppings — it will taste better and likely be more to your liking.

This pizza tasted absolutely terrible. I’m not a picky eater at all(even when it comes to pizza) and I couldn’t even finish a slice. Overall, it was just a bad experience.

First off, let me preface this by saying I’m originally from Chicago and still make frequent trips back to the area, so I’m very particular about the«Chicago style» pizza places here in the Indy area. That being said, I can’t really recommend this place. The pizza was good, but definitely not in the same vein as true Chicago pizza. The crust was good, if maybe a little on the doughy side, but nothing like what you expect from a true Chicago pie. The cheese and toppings were also ok, but nothing special. I also thought it was rather overpriced for what we got, even with a coupon mailer. Overall, it’s not a bad choice if you’re looking for pizza, but definitely isn’t Chicago style pizza.

It’s okay. Plainfield location is much better and is probably worth the trip, if you have the time. However, if you live super close to this one it is definitely an option. Traditional crust pizza seemed thinner than other Chicago’s locations and, almost pre-made(?). Request(and payment) for double mushroom topping doesn’t appear to have been fulfilled. At least I hope that wasn’t double. Deep dish pizza seemed thicker and doughier than usual. The edges did have the crusty burnt cheese deliciousness, but the rest of the cheese was anemic. Pineapple topping was entire rings instead of chunks, which leaves a smaller pineapple to bite ratio. Breadsticks were good and their tomato and garlic dipping sauces are very tasty.

Very excited to have a Chicago’s Express in town so we don’t have to drive to Plainfield when we want to get our deep-dish fix, fast. We have ordered from here several times and each pizza has been better than the last, which means this fairly new pizza-to-go place is perfecting their pie-making prowess. The ingredients are entirely fresh from the dough to the toppings which makes it some of the best take-out pizza in town.
