Thank you cashier Amy Chamblis for your superb service and a wonderful smile. This kind of person is what makes me want to go to the same place over and over again.

The staff is always nice and patient. They always go above and beyond and often I forget I am at a fast food restaurant. I go here several times a month and have never had a bad experience. Best Chick-​fil-​a in Indy!

I’m pooped. I stuffed my face with this stuff; And now I’m ready to go to bed! Lol I loved my experience. The young lady running the drive thru window with dreads was just the cutest and sweet. It’s all about the customer service… Well, the taste is on top of that; But anyways. The chicken sandwich was so thick and juicy. Absolutely amazing. My waffle fries were fresh. I enjoyed my whole meal. Sweet customer service and food! Can’t complain.

The food is delicious and the customer service is way over the top. There always seems to be so many people here yet I never have to wait long for food. Essentially the heaven of fast food.

OK. So I usually do not review fast food joints. But I have loved Chick-​fil-​a all my life! I have been going to this location for the 3 years that we have lived here. Some of things about them that we love is that they are always very friendly and welcoming to us and treat us like extended family. We go in very early mornings usually and they know when we come through the door that we are going to ask for lunch items during breakfast time and they always cheerfully comply. Who else do you know that will do that? The food is always amazing! If you must eat fast food I definitely recommend Chick-​fil-​a. They have the best sweet tea of anyone in town, it is always fresh and just right. Anywhere else in town that I order sweet tea it is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance that I will send it back and ask for something else. We eat at this location about 3 – 5 times per week and have never once had a bad meal here. The staff especially in the mornings during the weekdays are absolutely wonderful. So many here in the past few months have left, many of them who have worked there for years, not really sure what that is about but it is disappointing since we are so used to talking to them when we go in. Amy who works the front counter puts a great big smile on her face when we get out of the car and by the time we hit the door she is already on our side of the counter giving us both a big hug! When was the last time someone at a fast food joint did that for you? Now if i were reviewing the night time and weekend staff this review would go a different direction. They have a much younger staff and it shows. They make lots of mistakes and are just not as friendly, so we just go in the early mornings or at lunch time and everything is just perfect!

This is a great location. I’ve been here many times (admittedly more than I should) and I’ve always been serviced with a smile and with fresh food.
Stop in if you love Chick-​fil-​A!

I generally just use the drive-​through and as far as those are concerned, this one is generally speedy, friendly and what’s more they get the orders right.
Food is always fresh and tasty.

Who can wrong with Chick-​Fil-​A? I recently moved from Atlanta, GA where their restaurants are plentiful. Although they are scarce here, I am happy to see more opening in Indy. From breakfast chicken biscuits or minis on soft bread to lunch and dinner items such as chicken nuggets or the famous chicken sandwich, I’ve never been displeased. My favorites are the chicken salad sandwich, the grilled market salad and the Oreo milkshake. Oh and of course the classic nuggets or sandwich.
Their children’s menu has healthier options like fruit, applesauce and juice boxes. They receive a book rather than a toy. Yes! There’s a playground to keep the kids entertained if you decide to eat inside and free wi-​fi for you!
Staff is always super friendly and smiling. On days where the lines are long, oh they can get really long, employees have stood outside in the drive-​thru taking orders on iPads to get the lines moving quicker.

Chick-​Fil-​A. My life. My world. My savior. The Avon location isn’t messing around y’all. Quick. Good. Totally awesome service at the drive thru almost every time. The Polynesian sauce with the grilled chicken nuggs literally changed my life. LOVE you ChickFilA. I’d be lost without you.

Nothing all that great about them dont find that it has very much flavor othercthen the breading

This is the busiest chick-​fil-​a around. We stopped in here in the afternoon on a Thursday and there were only two tables to be had. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we moved through the line though.
Their is a reason these restaurants are always crowded though. When you only do one thing, you can focus on doing it really well. And they did just that. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. Mine had pepper jack on it, which was surprisingly thick and delicious.
If you order any kind of salad, be sure to get avocado ranch dressing. It’s good enough to drink. Not that I’ve done anything like that. Lastly, this is one of the few places it is actually quicker to go inside and order.

I LOVE this place! They are clean, the service is exceptional, and the food is delicious. They always bring my food to my table since I have a crazy toddler and come and give me refills whenever I need them. Absolutely my favorite place to eat!

This is my favorite chick-​fil-​a!!! They are not stingy with there honey roasted bbq sauce (like most chains are)

Omg what happened??? Normally a great chain, but this literally tastes like the
Chicken was battered in the toilet before they deep fried it. And how can you screw up a fountain drink? It’s soda and yet it taste like it came from a water treatment plant!

You can argue with their politics, but you can’t argue that they don’t make a fabulous chicken sandwich. If you’ve never had Chick-​Fil-​A, you’ve lived a deprived life. I’m not sure what’s in that breading, but given the choice, even the Colonel would prefer this chicken.
The spicy chicken sandwich is my personal favorite. Wendy’s spicy chicken is good, this one is amazing.
Service here is always very good and Chick-​Fil-​A seems to do a much better job of hiring. Even though they still staff a lot of high-​schoolers to work the drive-​thru and registers, they seems to stress the importance of customer service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.
Oh, and if you want an amazing fast food breakfast (despite the calories), those chicken biscuits are artery clogging bliss.

Great place to go when I was working at Menards I would actually get the manager to deliver it to me… Always got the chicken sandwich which melted in your mouth and waffle fries that were yum yum…

Great stop and play area for kids

I have always been a fan of Chick-​Fil-​A it brings back childhood memories of trips to the mall. My home town still does not have a Chick-​Fil-​A. And I adore that the staff reply with «My pleasure!» Nuggets with honey are where it’s at!

First time at a Chick=Fil-A and I love it :)
I tried the classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade. I was completely amazed at how tasty it was.
Loosely, I compare it to the McDonald’s Southern Chicken Sandwich. LOOSELY. This was much better, however. The freshness of the ingredients were evident. The fries were dangerously good. I had three refills of the Lemonade. It was wonderful.
My only regret is not trying out the other menu items (I wanted to try their new spicy chicken sandwich). I long for a location to open in West Las Vegas, NV. (hint, hint!)
One thing I like about the Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants out here is that they are closed Sundays. GOOD FOR YOU and I fully support businesses that believe in a day of rest on the Sabbath. :)
