The last 4 times we have eaten its been bad hard nugget over cooked burgers item left off the orderm this one needs to close

Last time I went here it was a rainy, chilly Sunday afternoon. I really didn’t want to leave my house, but McDonald fries rock! They had a long line, so I went in. Two African Amercan girls with weaves, were digging and scratching their scalps, than touching the counters! Yuk! One had on gloves! I thought she must be cooking the burgers! No way am I eating here! My stomach turned! I called the manager as soon as I got back home. She said the girls had been talked to about scratching their scalps around the food. She said that she has had lots of complaints about them. So they already have been talked to, but continue to ignore the managers reprimand! I won’t be ordering from this location as long as those girls work there! That’s just unsanitary to be digging into your scalp, while serving people food! Yuk!!!

Routinely disappointed with this McDonalds. We moved to Avon in April 2015 and I loved this location — the food was quick, the building was new and always clean, and the service was great. But since this summer, this location has gotten worse and worse. I come often, both in store and in the drive through. There is always plenty of employees, but they are rarely friendly. The wait times are crazy now. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive through and ordered one 3-​pack of oatmeal cookies. I paid and then waited 13 minutes to get to the second window. When I got there, they said they were out and would have to bake more. I said I was late for an appointment and would take any flavor of cookies. They gave me a pack of chocolate chip cookies that were extremely stale. I waited a total of 17 minutes for stale cookies in the wrong flavor, with no refund offer. Last night, I came in around 8:45pm. There was only one person eating in the lobby. I was not greeted by any the six employees behind the counter. I ordered 2 McDoubles, a medium fry, and a medium drink. They forgot to put my drink on the ticket and I didn’t feel like flagging someone down to reorder. Look, I’ve worked food service… I do understand that sometimes long waits and unfriendly staff happen. However, I haven’t had a satisfactory visit at this McDonalds since this summer. I love the location and the building is gorgeous… I hope this McDonalds gets its act together again. But for now, I’ll be heading to the McDonalds by the Kroger in west Avon… It’s only 3 miles down the road and a much better restaurant.

8 orders behind really with 3 cashiers something isn’t right… kinda dirty see photo food was average it’s amazing that the biscuits can taste different at all the location but when I travel we have no choice this was one of the worst ones I have been to in a while I will drive further to get better service or go to Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars I would! Incompetent staff! 75% of the time orders are wrong. Won’t be back.

Exactly what you would expect from McDonalds. I will say it was nice and hot which it typically a hit or mis issue depending on the McDonalds and management. This is a good one to stop at.

I’ve been here several times. The last time they were completely out of ketchup and when I asked they had to go into the back to the cooks and squirt a few drop into a tiny cup for me. Needless to say I refuse to rate this place higher. I had complained online through the McDonalds website and it seems they got their act together this time around. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. It was very good and their was ample amounts of ketchup this time.

Forty nine cent ice cream cones need I say more?

The food is always good here… but some of the employess here are just flat out rude and lazy. There are other McD in this area… so I just stay clear of this one!
