Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wasn’t busy when I got here, ordered tacos, 2 girls behind the counter making the food and guessing high school age. Totally screwed up my order, then the girl tried to blame me cause she didn’t hear me yet the other girl was able to hear me. She wrapped or actually mushed all 3 tacos together and they morphed into 1 large mess by the time I got to them. Seems like someone should b monitoring these girls till they get the hang of it. Whole experience sucked, not going back to this location.

This is a good Chipotle location! They are not stingy with the toppings! Everyone was nice and there is plenty of parking and seating. Outdoor patio area too. I love their guacamole.

Every time I come to this location the line is always to the door in the back. They are constantly out of an item and the crew is extremely slow on the line. I waited a good five minutes for them to put salsa on my order while two works stood there talking. They also tried to add someone else’s order to mine.

It seemed like every soccer mom and their van load of kids was in this joint last night. Line was over 30 people deep and snaked around towards the back entrance. Food was decent, but the line alone made me want to stab my eyeballs out. Guacamole was on point!

I normally go to the Tiedeman location. However, I was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. The line was really long and I was thinking about just going somewhere else. When I walked in, though, I noticed the employees really working hard and smiling. I only waited for 12 minutes and the service was fast and friendly. The employees seemed to really enjoy their job. The girl who appeared to be the manager was upbeat and really encouraging her team to focus and give excellent service. I’ll definitely keep Avon in mind when I am craving Chipotle.

Portion size was very disappointing. We wondered if that is because our order was take-​out. On the positive side, they were able to have it for use before our designated time (as ordered online).

Came to this location on my way back from school. Should have went to Westlake.
There was approximately 6 or so people in front of me. I waited approximately 20 minutes. Around 2:00 PM on a Tuesday.
Finally got up to the line and wanted a burrito. Guy wrapping the burrito screwed it up beyond belief. I just stood there… finished paying… still seeing him stubbornly determined to wrap my burrito. The ingredients were getting mixed together (not a gigantic deal, but to be honest I prefer the different textures, non-​intertwined). The insides were seeping everywhere out of the burrito and everyone waiting in that line was just staring at him screw around with my burrito. At one point he was like, «I’m gunna get it». And I told the cash register under my breath, can he just make me a new one? Admittingly, in a slightly irritated tone.
Go to Westlake or Rocky River. North Olmsted and Avon have literally always let me down.

This location is ALWAYS out of something and ALWAYS slow. The people who work here seem like they ALWAYS just woke up from a week long drinking binge. Clueless and slow. Loooong slow lines only to get to the front and find out «we are out of Guac». HOW CAN A CHIPOTLE CONSISTANTLY BE OUT GUAC… a staple. And the last time I ate here the chicken was burnt! Pisses me off.

I’ve stopped by a few times recently. The food quality is good, and meets expectations. However, the service is quite lacking. Whoever manages this place needs to round up the employees, give them a pep talk and remind them they are in the customer service business. I can’t recall seeing such a disinterested group, not outwardly rude, but not pleasant. Smiles would help. Thank you would help at check out. The primary focus seems to be to get customer through the line, without much interaction. Next…

Food is delicious, no doubt about that.
Went in today around 1:45pm. The guy at the counter was low-​key passive aggressive, not only to me, but to other people in line and his coworkers.
«What would you like»
«A burrito»
«Yeah, you can have a burrito.» (I know it looks normal on text, but his tone was extremely passive aggressive.)
Few minutes later when I’m down the line, he calls out a lady with multiple orders, once again passive aggressively and like he doesn’t want to work there anymore: (To his coworkers): «This lady has ELEVEN orders!!»
He starts pushing down her orders of burrito bowls down the line, and they start piling up, to which his coworker goes: «Stop it.» like she’s irritated by his buffoon-​like behavior.
White dude who works at Chipotle, if you’re having a bad day, you’re having a bad day. But don’t irritate the hell out of other people too.
If you’re just a buffoon, grow up. If you can’t stand the pressure of working at Chipotle (which, is almost always crowded and requires you to work fast), quit and work at McDonalds.
I will think twice about visiting this Chipotle in the future.

Chipotle is delicious, which is why I give them 2 stars. You know what? I’m going to make it 3 right now, because the employees have always been courteous and friendly.
I really want this place to step it up simply because it’s close to my house. I try to avoid it, but it’s still Chipotle, and I can’t always resist or drive to a different location. Last night, 7÷11÷2015, I waited in their always long line (not a problem) that seems to never move (problem) for about 20 minutes. The person ahead of me took the last of the salad lettuce, I took the last of the barbacoa, and they weren’t replaced. The employees are polite but slow and disorganized. I would also love to go there when they aren’t out of iced tea. I see from previous reviews that I’m not the only one who notices this.

I love Chipotle, but this place is poorly managed. I have been here at least 10 times and every single time they are out of multiple key items. They just asked me if it was okay if they give me frozen corn salsa! Seriously? I understand running out of stuff close to closing, but not several hours before. There was a 25 minute wait for brown rice as well.

This store is usually good however tonight my husband & I got carry out and the rice was hardly done. I called to let them know & the girl was completely clueless on how to handle a customer complaint. She just said sorry and have a good day. They offered to remake them but we’re at home, getting ready to leave town. Not in the plans to go back at this hour…

This location needs to step it up. The lines are the slowest in the franchise and I have visited more than 30 different locations in various states.
During the most recent visit, the dining area was dirty. Every single table was a mess from the previous customer. The drink station was out of straws and no lemons for the tea. By the way, the tea container was empty as well. Huge concern since I don’t drink sodas.
I’m a huge fan of Chipotle and visit the various CLE locations around six times a week between my wife and kids, but this is the one closest to my home.
Avon needs to get with the program!

It’s the normal Chipotle goodness… however, this one CONSTANTLY messes up my to go orders. I get home and find that a KEY ingredient is missing. Sometimes I ask for EXTRA of something and get NONE of it… or I get home and am missing something… you cannot trust pick up orders at this one.
However the food tastes good.

Aside from the obviously delicious food, the customer service at this location is awesome. No matter how busy they get, the employees always keep and upbeat positive attitude! Love it!

You can’t go wrong if you love burritos. Everything is fresh!!! Their food taste great because the ingredients are fresh made from high quality vendors and you can get anything you want however you want it as long as they have the ingredients.

Ive always loved chipotle… but i recently found a leaf, no, not a bay leaf, but a leaf from a tree outside in my food. Still love chipotle though and the customer service is a lot better than most!

The Avon Chipotle is by far my favorite Chipotle location in Lorain County. The employees are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean and they are always generous with their portion sizes!
I’m not a huge fast-​food eater, but as far as fast food goes Chipotle is definitely more fresh and healthy than your typical drive-​through burger joint. Sure, if you dump a bunch of their condiments together on your burrito you will get a high-​calorie, fatty meal. However, if you lay off of the sour cream, guacamole, and cheese you can save yourself a lot of extra calories.
My favorite meal is their carnita burrito with rice, pinto beans and medium salsa. I love their guacamole and always get a side of it to eat with my tortilla chips. I really like their tortilla chips because they have this yummy lime-​flavored salt on them! I would definitely get a side of them with your meal.
One of my favorite things about Chipotle is that almost all of their menu is gluten free. The only thing that is off limits is the flour tortilla, which is used for their burritos and soft tacos. If you ask them they should be able to provide you with a list of acceptable foods for all types of allergies. I have heard that you need to be careful about cross-​contamination at Chipotle because they do have the flour tortillas, but if you don’t have an extreme case of gluten intolerance then you should be fine!
As far as fast-​food places go Chipotle is definitely a step above the competition! If you are looking for a quick, fresh-​tasting meal then I would stop by and give them a try!!!
