Pretty decent phở spot in Glendora. Not the best but gets the job done. The menu is huge so there’s plenty of stuff to choose from. They also added some Korean, Japanese, and Cantonese food to their menu including Korean tofu soup, ramen, and stir fry noodles.

Average phở. Nothing super special about this place. Portions are a nice size and they don’t skimp on meat. I ordered the number 18 combo for $ 8.50. I’m giving this place three stars solely on the higher than average price. Tip: if you take a picture from phở 777 which is currently closed for renovation and has a sign that leads you to this location, you get a free soda.

Ever since they were shut down by the Health Dept for Vermin Issues, last year. They have since changed owners, the new owners that took over are the former Owners of Phở 777/Korean BBQ down the street on Alosta/Route 66 and Citrus. After finding that out, my recent visit made more sense. The Phở sucked!!! The broth was missing a whole lot of flavors, like anise, cinnamon and other. It was not clear like one would expect. The noodles were over cooked, and the meat was too chewy, almost like gum. It tasted like Phở 777!!! Which I hated after going there a while back. I don’t want to be racist, but Korean made Phở is No Bueno. Their Korean part of the menu looks good, but a bit on the expensive side as well as their Phở pricing. Like another Unilocaler stated, it should be bigger for what you pay for, and taste just as well. This place used to be on my «go to» list, but not any more, it’s now on my «avoid like the plague» list.

So mad at them. Order a pick up and 3 people who had order after me got their food before me. Horrible. Lucky for them it’s the only Vietnamese place around here. I want to make complaint but I guess it isn’t worth my time. They don’t follow up with your order just let you sit there looking stupid. Smh I strongly don’t like it

Sad place you have 10 tables full and one waiter. I hope the food is good! It’s taking longer than 10 minutes to get our water, not so bad the food was incredibly good good prices

Walked in on Friday night around 7and it was pretty empty with only 1 other table. The two workers were sitting at the tables watching the play offs and the man got up to hand me the menu and went back to watching the game. This restaurant is Korean owned… How do I know? The owner was behind the counter and was on her cell phone speaking LOUDLY where I can hear her whole conversation. This went on for a while… From the moment I walked in until I got my food. Once she got off the phone she grabbed some food for herself and sat down to eat. While I was eating, a few tables walked in and she didn’t even attempt to get out of her seat to greet anyone. After she ate, she went back behind the counter and started watching a korean show on her cell phone. Again, loud enough where I could hear. A lady walked in to pick up her Togo order and she didn’t even bother to turn off(or volume down) on her cell phone. I know this is a phở place and Asian restaurant owners are notorious for not being professional but… Just WOW. Either way I’m giving 3 stars because the food was good and it’s down the street from my house. I’m not sure if it’s because I walked in with zero expectations in terms of customer service(I mean it’s a strip mall phở joint) and food that I found the owners behavior more amusing than irritating. But I do advise for the owner(and the staff) to be more professional as not everyone will be amused.

Not that great. Better go to Asian areas for authenticity. Korean owned. Little pricey, small portion and price little high

This place was far above my expectations, we got beef phở, shrimp fried rice and a grilled pork sandwich, it was all brought out to us at the same time, it was hot and fresh, the service was excellent, my new phở place

Their phở was good, but the kbbq rib and tomato rice and spring rolls were very disappointing. The rice wrap was torn… and the sauce was mediocre. The tomato rice had a plastic-y texture, and it was way too dry. Overall the foods tasted like Vietnamese fast food…

I had one of the best bowls ever here. The broth was light, yet flavorful and a little sweeter that some. There was a generous serving of noodles. The beef was tender and delicious. My only complaints was that the services was a bit off this day, a bit slower and less attentive than one might expect. I also found the basil and bean sprouts were a bit wilted and not the best quality. Good place, all the same.

I used to come to phở express atleast once a week when the ladies used to run this place. NOW its under new ownership and even with the nice décor and modern menu… i really wasnt a fan of the bowl size. It was cereal size and for 7.50 i passed. We went to phở 777 to give another try since we really wanted phở, Ended up walking out of there too. same owner runs it so i figure its the same price and low quantity.

Walked in on Mother’s Day about 1230 and was craving soup since it was overcast. There was one family there only. I sat where I wanted and was handed a menu. I loved that I was greeted right away. The menu was really easy to read. A lot of places don’t do a very good job of explaining things. EVERY item on the menu had a picture and was in English! Loved it. I ordered the steak and rice noodle phó. It was very delicious! It came out very quick. The serving was the norm, I do wish there was MORE meat in it though. I had 7 pieces of meat in it and a lot of it was fat. I thought since I ordered steak, there would be only a little bit. The taste was great, just wish I got a little bit more. Price was great. $ 7.95 for a large bowl. It was perfect for me. Nice and full. Service was great. They were on top of things. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s in the mods for it!

Looks like the old owners sold this business! It’s now Owned by a Korean family it looks like. Staff behind kitchen still the same ones. Food: Still okay, we usually get phở tai and egg rolls and rocket shrimps. don’t disappoint. Environment: just a big square room with lots of tables. Looks to be a bit dated and plain, but hey its a PHO restaurant. and not a high end one. Staff: so so. but no issues. I think after ownership change… not as good as before. overall: i’d come back for my phở here.

I ordered the shrimp phở, it was delicious full of flavor. They were very generous with the shrimp. I had my husband try it and he pointed out how tender the shrimp was which is a plus. Service was excellent as well.

The boyfriend and I have been on a spring roll kick lately, and since 777 has gone a bit downhill since changing ownership, we needed a new local phở spot. After a trip to Stater Bros. one night, Phở Express caught our eye. I don’t know why the ratings on here are so bad. But when we arrived we were seated immediately and they were very friendly. Our drink orders were taken before our main course order and handled. I got the filet mignon over tomato rice plate. and it was SODELICIOUS!!! I was afraid of the mignon being too tough or rubbery/dry but they were tender and FULL of flavor. I would def. order it again. + they offered me FREE mini phở broth soup to go with my meal! Boyfriend got grilled chicken spring rolls, which he loved and the garlic bok choy plate which was SO delicious. I want that garlic sauce on EVERYTHING!!! Can’t wait to come back and try their other dishes on the menu!!!

One of the couple phở places that is close to my school. Decided to eat here before going to school. When I went in there was no one. I saw a couple of people sitting on one of the tables(assumed they were the owners or one of them was since they said hi to me when I walked in and didn’t help me) the waiters/cooks were on the other side just chillen but one of them assisted me. Anyway I just ordered phở with brisket. And while I was looking at the menu there was no option to upgrade your bowl size into a bigger size since I was pretty hungry. They made my order pretty fast and had given it to me. Upon receiving my order the first thing I had noticed was how small the bowl was. And I noticed that it was smaller than a «regular bowl» compared to the other phở places I go to. And I was also hungry from the getgo as well. Anyway. I tried the broth first and wow. I was amazed at how flavorful the broth was. It was not bland or too salty, it was flavorful and tasty. Their noodles weren’t that bad as well. Anyway I finished my order really quick and had to leave for school. Kinda wished their portions were bigger though. Also cool thing about this place is that they have wifi and they totally have signs all over the place showing their PW and all. Which was pretty cool.

I had lunch here while working in the area. I was very impressed with the food, the prices, and the service. My colleagues enjoyed this place as much as I did. We were seated right away upon walking in. Menus were given to us and waters were brought over. I’m guessing it was about 10 minutes after ordering that our food arrived. I had the number 69(egg roll, shrimp, charbroiled beef on rice). Mine was another egg roll substituted in place of the shrimp as I’m allergic to it :-(. The serving portion is quite large for the price. The dipping sauce is very good. The vinegar and fish sauce are not overpowering each other like most Vietnamese restaurants. It was just right. Our waitress was very friendly. I’m guessing she could be the owner because she was all over the place. I ordered a French iced coffee on the way out. She could tell that I was In a bit of a hurry, so she had someone else finish ringing me up while she went off to prepare the coffee. Give this place a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
